Great tips to stay healthy working online, I find these tips very useful for me because I am the type that loves overworking myself just to get to my target, I think with this tips I will actually take time to be cooling off and be healthy.

Nice , all work and no play I guess make jack a dull boy . It is important to always find a way to unwind no matter the type of work. Also I think it is important to get enough when you can , dedicate certain hours to work without interfering with your rest schedule.

There are many things you should do to stay healthy why working... From own perspective as you are working you have to be eat good food and take proper care of yourself. Also you to have at list 1 to 2 hours rest that will make you to stay healthy while working
 
These are great tips. Recently I've been working from home, although I don't have a workspace in form of an office filled with furniture. Sometimes, I work while in bed or the living room, or outside in the compound. But I didn't joke with breaks, I have a schedule for each week or day.
 
I have an office table in the corner of our living room that is a good place to work online. Sometimes I use the laptop in the dining table for a change of scenery. When working continuously I would stand up every 30 seconds to give my eyes a rest from the glare of the monitor. Sometimes I do a house chore like sweeping the floor or checking our food in the kitchen. That diversion also gives my mind a rest that is also a prevention of writer's block.
 
Staying healthy is actually the most important of all and I find this tips very helpful and cogent. Most times people don't know the danger that is attached to working online all the time and people tend to take it lightly and this causes alot of damages slowly. Thanks for the tips
 
This is good and useful article, I like it. Working at home is need a some break to be resting, eating and have a little fun in which to stay healthy. You can be working 24/7hours without a adequate rest. As I am, I usually to have a enough rest any time.
 
Excellent advice you leave in this thread. I personally fulfill them all. I take my time for meals, I go out to talk with friends or family, which is very important. It is harmful to be without rest, we must give ourselves a break and imagine that you are in an office where you have to comply with schedules
 
I bid these your advice, its very good idea and It'll be helpful to those in need of it. Cause must people thinks is that you must be focus all the time on whatever you are doing, though its good to be committed but not to become workaholics.
 
Lol, one shouldn't be a workaholic, or stressing his or herself during working hours. That will compound to depression after work, because of the much workload passed during working time. We need to regulate the length at which we are restless through work. We need to relax the mind a little bit, when we are feeling dizzy, stressed up.
 
While working at home nowadays is a bit strange a lot for people are having a hard time adjusting....the above tips suggested is a good start
Also eating and sleeping well should be Paramount despite deadlines
A vacation break should be included above all maintain social distancing

These tips are absolutely amazing to stay healthy while working at home we can suffer from dangerous problem if we work without exercise and we should must 1 hour for exercise and for walk
 
Honestly one of the disadvantage of this work @ home has been unhealthy lifestyle. I've put on weight at should have been burned up when going around. Having an exercise partner and app is one of the ways I've been able to break that deadlock.
 
I totally agree with all the points you have listed here I would like to add a few such as making sure the whole house is clean every day like the say cleanliness is next to godliness. You should not because you are working from home decide to skip cleaning. Another is make sure you take breaks between working and relax well to. When you get bored, find something lively to do or better still take walks or visit friends wn if only for a little time but do that occasionally. And importantly, always eat healthy foods and drinks. Dont relapse on snacks and take out everytime. Do some cooking once in a while too.
 
It has been said times without number that health is wealth and health first over all.

Majority of those who work from home, do neglect their health to certain degrees as they are carried away by the activities of their online job, trying to meet up with deadlines and manage their activities at home. In such cases I advice that they should reschedule their calendar and balance things up not to over work themselves.
