Nice tips. People really think working from home means they don't need a break. Some works from dusk till then without rest feeling too relaxed but the body system definitely needs rest whether you are home or at the office.
 
You're absolutely right, I work from home and the best thing is to have a routine and timetable. I have my dance workouts in the morning for 30 minutes, then I have 4 hours of work everyday, that about half the time when I'm in a physical office
Working from home and have to stay healthy is something that must be to avoid unnecessary work load that might results to illnesses.have a working timetable that includes work time,time to relax,time for exercise and know when to close for work for the day.
 
I agree with all what you said. Besides working from home in itself saves you all the stress you'll have to cope with if you are working in a firm or any other physical job. Since most work from home jobs are online, be it with your phone or PC, I think there's a need to purchase contact lenses to preserve eye health. That's my own contribution.
 
Staying healthy while working from home is very important because health is wealth, and only when you are healthy that is when you can work effectively and to optimal level.

I have worked remotely for a while now and had been way before COVID. So, one of the things my husband and I were conscious of was the fact that we hardly move. We started walking and jogging in the early evening and carried on until the Christmas break. However, since I started teaching, most of my lessons are in the evening and the jogging and walking have gone out the window. I seriously worry about our health.

This is interesting and lovely tips indeed. Working from home could appear easy but it's not really. If care is not taken, one may feel too relaxed and neglect the work. One actually need draw out plans and as well be discipline with time if you must achieve desired result.

Dont forget these despite of your busy schedule. Eat at the right time. Not eating at the right time is heard to cause over-eating or eating more than we need. Chew what you eat. Do not rush to eat. Taste the taste of what you eat. Choose foods that are low in salt, sugar, fat and lard, and high in fiber. Have a healthy lifestyle. It is forbidden to smoke, drink moderately alcohol if you can not "no", and do not forget to exercise and move our body. Avoid stress and get into the habit of getting enough rest.
