How to stay healthy while working from home

You do not just need a workspace but a well organized and work oriented space and equipment. You need to work according to your strength and normal work hours. You can't overwork yourself because you're simply at home and have your convenience at hand. You have to maintain a balanced diet before and after your work hours. Stand and stretch at intervals. Go to the bathroom. And have a lunch time. Just as you will in the office.

You can take good care of your health by having enough sleep. You can make a schedule for your work. You must rest when you're feeling tired and you're overworked. Eat healthily so it would improve how your brain functions, it would be beneficial for your work as well.
 
I really love working from home because it makes work less stressful and fun, it also make me more productive. You just have to find a routine that works for you while working from home as regards to exercise, always try to exercise your body and eyes from time to time, and also don't forget to eat.

And do physical exercises too 😀 working at home makes our body weak too. Also take a rest once in a while. Just because we're working at home doesn't mean our body mind doesn't get tired.. it makes us full of stress too. Play some games and go outside and socialize helps too.

Overworking yourself can be challenging, if you ask me. We are all humans and for the fact that you are working from home doesn't mean you should kill yourself with work. This is what I always try to make people see. Have a time for work and create a time that you will take breaks and unwind too.
 
Concerning tips to stay healthy while working from home. Well, it is all well said, working from home doesn't mean should not find time to rest, do not overwork yourself. Find a suitable location as your workspace and work with a pace that wouldn't wear you out
 
Very nice tips. I strongly agree. Because when you chose and make peaceful environment, then you will think more with positive attitude and you will feel relaxation all there.
But you should do some physically exercise too, to remain fit as well . As strong body has strong Mind.

Great advice. I really have not been able to balance my work and my everyday life while working from home. It’s ironical that when I work from home I do not get all the stuff I need to get done on time because I’ve not been able to manage my time and I don’t feel good about this, I’ll take your advice and see if anything changes
 
Get up every hour and get out at least once a day.

I think it's good to make sure you access natural air when working from home. Good ventilation prevent some germs that causes diseases. Staying at home makes us lazy most times so we can engage in some indoor exercises to keep fit at home.

Lovely tips, I really need this especially creating a work space because most time I look for many of my working materials, and since I have toddlers at home as well.
 
Working from home and have to stay healthy is something that must be to avoid unnecessary work load that might results to illnesses.have a working timetable that includes work time,time to relax,time for exercise and know when to close for work for the day.
