You are right but preferably a workspace with a good chair and table instead of the bed, also maintaining a great lifestyle while working at home is very easy but you need to be disciplined about it. Make a perfect space or corner for your office work ,make to e table for your work time ,lunch time ,break,sleep so can nanot be exhausted or feel 24 hours work at home.Eat healthy food,light food which is easily to digest as working from home makes u sit for longer time.

You can work online from home. Doing so can cause us health problems. To keep such problems at bay, we need to exercise on a daily basis. Eat well and schedule bedtime and waking hours. If you don't take care of your health, it will have a detrimental effect on your health
