How do you think you can retain your customers?

Good Customer relationship is very important in the success of a business. I will say some customers can be so hard to manage. Some will just complain unnecessarily and claim that customers are always right. Anyways, you can try to keep them by giving out incentives from time to time. You can do promo from time to time. Thank them for always coming back to buy from you. And so many other ways. This is my take.

There are so many ways to retain customers in a business, especially when you satisfy their needs. With always speaking to the customer respectfully and calmly,providing excellent services and products and being consistent in it are one of the ways to retaining customers.
 
You can retain your customer by having good relationship with them. we have many ways to retaining our valuable customer by the following: Give them a good and best price for the products, Send greeting message to them at the month ending, Asking them about their welfare and soo on.
