How do you manage Stress?

I try my best to remain calm as much as possible because getting panicked and pressured will only release tension and stress within myself. Serious stress could affect your mental health badly as well. So try listening to peaceful music and find time to relax.

I usually try my best to stay away from the bad side because they make my mood more worst than before because due to business and offices stress it becomes hard for us to manage the things at the same and exact time so I always order some food for myself and eat it relax than I use to go outside and sit alone for the while than doing such kind of things I manage my stress.because taking more stress is harmful so we should take some steps for this.
 
Start your day right with breakfast and keep your energy up and your mind clear with balanced nutritious meal throughout the day. This is because a well nourished body is better prepared to cope with stress. Also, get enough sleep,adequate sleep fuels your mind as well as your body. Feeling tired will increase your stress level and cause you to think irrationally.
 
Some stress is food because thats the life we challenge everyday to survive but stress affect our health that can cause are daily life and will affect also our future life and i educate my self to avoid the stress
There is no doubt about that, some people live a life of stress all their lives to the extent that they don't know what it means to rest. Take for instance, the truck pushers ; they are practically swinging and swimming in stress for a peanut daily pay all day. The funny thing is that they can't feel at ease when they are not pushing their trucks.
 
First, it's good to know that root cause of ones stress. Thereafter take the right medication for adequate recovery. I read somewhere that being aware of your stressful emotions and accepting them exactly as they are is the most important step towards managing it. Then take some time off to sleep a little to retain normal state of health back.
 
Stay positive: Focus on the good things about yourself and the environment. Make it a habit to be positive in thinking about the future and to think that problems can be solved as well. Teach yourself to accept that there are things you just can't change.

Change is something that will keep on happening in one's life whether with one's consent or not, for as long as one lives and breath, it's part of life. It's how one deals with whatever that comes one's way is where the stress comes from because you one lacks man management, it will he hard to cope.
 
Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be dull and might probably experience pointless. Stress inside your comfort region can assist you carry out underneath pressure, encourage you to do your best, even preserve and secure you when risk looms.
But when strain become overwhelming, it is able to harm your mood and relationships, and result in a host of serious intellectual and physical fitness problems.

How to you manage stress/strain?
I normally read books , which relaxes me and makes me happy. I write my thoughts on my notes or other platforms, I draw, and I listen to my favorite music that could boost up my mood. If I can , I usually talk to my friends and family, and share my thoughts to them. It helps me a lot.
 
A lot of people remove or handle their stress by doing wrong things, like drinking beer, use of drugs etc some listen music to get fine. But i think positive and try to ignore that kind of stuff after some time we get rid of stress and be calm. So try to remain calm at such occasions.
 
Let your mind be silent. Clarity can come easier when thoughts (especially,negative ones) are shut off. Constant energy and focus on the negative increases anxiety and doubt. if shifting into positive thoughts isn't easy, then force them! your brain will develop new thought patterns. Focus on what you are grateful for (because it's true things can always get worse.) when in a state of gratefulness its harder to feel anxiety.
 
The only reason I have been able to manage all the stress I've been passing through is that I do sleep a lot and that is what I've been making me to manage all the stress if I have any stress I will just sleep and before you know it is gone,I think having constant sleep is always the best for stress

I think the first step to managing stress is bringing self awareness into it. I read somewhere that being aware of your stressful emotions and accepting them exactlyas they are is the most important step towards managing it. It is important to note that it is best not to try to deny our emotions or try to supress them, just accept them then look for a solution to them.
 
It is pertinent to note that stress is part business you must control stress in your business you must know that your body will not be able to go against your limit you must
A good business manager must know how to manage stress I'm not the employee importantly you must know that overworking yourself will lead to unnecessary body breakdown

For someone to overcome stress, you just have to be careful in what you do, you don't have to engage yourself in anything that will make you feel uncomfortable and also do some regular exercises

A very good friend of mine who's a monk told me about five years ago the importance of meditation when it comes to helping one to relieve them of their stress and calm their body, nerves and blood pressure. He made me understand that it's better than any kind of meds and since then I meditate 3 times a week.

So many times that I experience some level of stress, I try to take break off that which is the source of my stress. Like a week or two, so I can relax and find easy ways to settle the problem.

The best way I always manage stress is when me drinking a lot of water and have some good sleep if am not in search of anything tho,but now I barely sleep for Four hours because I can sleep for now a lot on my mind like bills to settle,since I couldn't sleep much I drink a lot of water always ..so if we all give drinking much water a try we all we surely see the good side of it ..
