How do you manage Stress?

It's because of stress that it is said that all work with no play makes Jack a dull boy. Time out should always be created. Go for a walk, meet with friends and so on are ways I get stress off.

Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be dull and might probably experience pointless. The definition of stress is relative... What you count as stress, to some people may not actually be stress... but no matter what, what I will say is that one has to make himself adapted to whatever stress he is going through if it can't be avoided
 
Stress occurs in normal day to day activities. It may not be avoidable in most cases but the ways we manage them means a lot. We need to learn how to manage stress well. We only need to know our own best way of Managing stress. For example, whenever I'm stressed out, I take a shower then put on the fan and rest my back

In my case, I am a person who generally remains calm, if stress appears, I tell myself that that way, things are not solved, I maintain control to make the best decisions.

Sometimes calling a friend is not an option. If this is the case, talking calmly to yourself can be the next best thing.Don’t worry about seeming crazy — just tell yourself why you’re stressed out, what you have to do to complete the task at hand, and most importantly, that everything will be okay.

It's like this @zahidhussain, the best option is to go out and walk, I love nature which fills me with a lot of inner peace. It is also good to share with family and friends, in this way there is a distraction and helps stress. But the truth is rare that I go to those extremes.
 
People have different ways of managing their stress, some will listen to music, some try having conversations, some play games, some just want a space to be alone, some will just need to sleep it off. As for me I just play games or listen comedy skits
 
I take a lot of breaks because I know am not a machine. I love work but I know it can be demanding and damaging at times. This why I have enough breaks to compliment my work. I watch movies, read news ,go on social media and catch cruise whenever am on breaks.
 
My way of handling stress, is to give in to it, especially if it's mental stress. This is odd, I know, bit it works for me.

I find solutions better when I have no choice than to solve the problem.
 
This is a really important thread and I hope to get other opinions. Sometimes I get really stressed after the days work and I feel pains. I just take my bath and eat then I lie on my bed and focus on my phone.
 
To manage stress,you have to identify the cause of the stress. Keep calm after identifying the cause and accept it as it comes. Do not put yourself under the pressure that come with stress but take it a day at a time.

Stress management is of great importance for normal health status .it can be managed by stress relieving therapy n by a good peer relation spending most of time with family friends n with nature . things n activities that make me happy i do to relief stress like yoga , exercise n walk etc.
 
Important steps that helps to manage stress are Eat healthily. Eating healthily can reduce the risks of diet-related diseases. Be ware of smoking and drinking alcohol. Try not to, or reduce the amount you smoke and drink alcohol. Exercise. Be mindful. Get some restful sleep. Don't be too hard on yourself.
