It's like this @zahidhussain, the best option is to go out and walk, I love nature which fills me with a lot of inner peace. It is also good to share with family and friends, in this way there is a distraction and helps stress. Stress management is of great importance for normal health status .it can be managed by stress relieving therapy n by a good peer relation spending most of time with family friends n with nature . things n activities that make me happy i do to relief stress like yoga , exercise n walk etc.Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain.
