How do you manage Stress?

It is actually easy, when I get stressed out, I just get home, drink a lot of water and take good long rest before I can proceed with any other thing I have to do for that day. Having to work under stress is not advisable for your health and you tend to not do the work properly, as you are not really paying attention because you are stressed as well. So it is always important to take a break, rest before you continue any form of work that you are doing.

managing of strength depend on certain individual that some people that can manage stress or can overcome stress by being in a group of positive people with this it will make them to forget about their trouble and they're mine will be with us some people can overcome stress by listening to a life moving music.
 
Stress is a deviation from one's normal state of health or mind,no matter how busy one is,he/she should avoid stress as much as possible,if you are stressed out make sure you relax,some even listen to music to cool their stress,while some just sleep
 
To relieve my self from stress no hard now. Just find five litres of palm wine and grassculter meat to cool my belly. Thereafter sound sleep will fall on me and I will begin to dream of paradise.

Exactly the same thing with me and it's the same thing that I have always been recommending to all of my friends who are so working hard in order to make both ends meet. It's never easy, believe me I know that from experience but if you kill yourself with over stress, the work will still continue.

One thing I know is that happiness is free, you can just stress your self out because of work

I got huge stress mentally when i trade. Stress should not come during trading. May be i choose risky way for higher profit that is why stress catch me very easily. It is very hard to minimize ir contril stress if one has to look on trade screen all time as coin can jump any time and need to sell manually. no sell order is confirmed or reliable.
 
Exercise is one good way to manage stress and it can be achieved by Working out regularly is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind. Plus, exercise will improve your mood. But you have to do it often for it to pay off.

Also Eating well-balanced diet is another way to help you feel better in general. It may also help control your moods. Your meals should be full of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and lean protein for energy. And don’t skip any. It’s not good for you and can put you in a bad mood, which can actually increase your stress
 
A large number of people have always find it difficult to manage and shuffle between coping and managing stress, and to be honest there are not many ways to find ways to manage stress but some of the options I would advice is getting enough rest, make time to always relax

Are you serious about this going to work? I ask this because I have been trying to use this strategy or technique for a long time but it seems not to be working for me. Maybe it has something to do with me or my DNA but seriously, I would really need to work on my stress management.
 
From my experience, there is nothing that getting a very long good sleep cannot do for you especially when it comes to letting off the stress in your life. So my recommendation is if you are feeling too stressed out about anything, go and take a long nap and feel better afterwards.
I agree with you. I sleep very well and do not let work stop me from taking a nap no matter how much I would want to work through the day. Some people would take some things to depress sleep, but it's bad. Sleep is an important aspect of our lives.

Do not overwork yourself, stress and strain can cause mental breakdown it can equally affect your work efficiency. Always create time to relax, take yourself out, do not bore yourself down with too much thoughts.

No, it has nothing to do with what you stated above.... It's just a psychological phenomenon where you see yourself as having no choice than to get yourself used to it. You will soon get used to it with time, that was how I did it.

Stress can be really damaging to someone's health. The best way to manage stress is to keep fit relax and do a lot of exercise
