It is actually easy, when I get stressed out, I just get home, drink a lot of water and take good long rest before I can proceed with any other thing I have to do for that day. Having to work under stress is not advisable for your health and you tend to not do the work properly, as you are not really paying attention because you are stressed as well. So it is always important to take a break, rest before you continue any form of work that you are doing.
