Stress is inevitable in businesses but managing them is essential and key to ones health. Some important tips to manage stress are arranging your task in order of urgency,focus on the things going wrong with the business,take rest breaks to ensure good health.

Well, I try to avoid any form of work or commitment that can stress me out. I plan my time well through schedules and I stick to it, I take breaks in between work, and most importantly I don't joke with food, I eat healthy cause I need the strength.
 
Eating a regular, well-balanced diet will help you feel better in general. It may also help control your moods. Your meals should be full of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and lean protein for energy. And don’t skip any. It’s not good for you and can put you in a bad mood, which can actually increase your stress
 
Whenever I’m upset, I went out to spend time with my friends. There I forgot all the problems & enjoy with them. And if my friends aren’t available at that time I spent time on mobile phone by opening all the apps I installed & check my recent activities.
 
Stress is an unavoidable reality of life. But stress isn’t always a bad thing. It’s a natural, physical response that can trigger our fight-or-flight response. Stress can increase our awareness in difficult or dangerous situations, allowing us to act quickly in the moment. Without it, humans wouldn’t have survived this long.

But if stress is constant over time, it can be detrimental to your health. So, stress prevention and management is important, and will help you juggle the many things going on in your life. The goal of preventing and managing stress isn’t to completely get rid of stress, but to eliminate unnecessary stress and help you cope with unavoidable stress.
 
Stress is caused by too much work or over thinking, when this happens you can talk to a professional therapist to help deal with it or you csn talk to a friend or a family member to help you fight it and overcome it.

I manage stress by just tolding himself that there is nothing which I cannot do and I talk about issue with my mother and siblings but sometime stress work much for me the work which I find difficult in normal conditions I do that in stress

When I am stressed I love to go out with friends so I forget my routine stress completely some time I like painting and other stuff that makes me calm and chill
 
So many times that I experience some level of stress, I try to take break off that which is the source of my stress. Like a week or two, so I can relax and find easy ways to settle the problem.
From my experience, there is nothing that getting a very long good sleep cannot do for you especially when it comes to letting off the stress in your life. So my recommendation is if you are feeling too stressed out about anything, go and take a long nap and feel better afterwards.

I am a serious person so i deal with stress normally. I am living a normal life. If we don't have stress then how do we will enjoy the feeling of relaxed and satisfied. All these things are colour of life. You have to deal with them with good decision and patience.
 
I would say that this is a great and very important point that you have made here. Continuing to do online work when you are tired and stressed can lead to a serious case of mental fatigue. It is best to take a break and do something else instead. I love the idea of taking a shower and listening to music, they are so refreshing and would keep me going
 
As for me I manage my stress when I could find my way and put off my phone and rest but before doing that I make sure have provided everything ready for my workers to the extend they won't need anything else for good two days then I just walk away,
 
The only way to manage stress in a business organisation as a worker is planning before everyday activities, in every business you must plan your activities,arrange them in order and no the stipulated time on when to work on them
 
The best ways I know one can actually manage stress are by getting adequate sleep, eating healthy( six class of food), regular exercise of the body and above all always drink water in other not to be dehydrated.
 
I think managing it is not a difficult task. It is not a difficult task. By relaxing ourselves, we can reduce stress. To reduce it, we have to keep our thinking positive.It is very dangerous to think less about profit and loss, if it is not controlled, that is why we can reduce it by posting and posting ourselves.
 
Stress management is very essential to save us from untimely death. It's good we take days off from work to relax ourselves and be in good health.
 
We all know that stress is not good for body, but the country will find ourselves lead us to stress. For me I used to rest anytime that the stress is too much for my body to recover and take refreshments to balance again
