The best way to manage stress is to take a long vacation from everything and anyone or if you are not chanced to do that just be around friends that makes you happy and can easily make you forget you are stressed out, play your favorite games or just listen to music if you love music it helps alot. For some people they just get drunk although am not advising you to do that.

Our demeanor and impression of the world will decide how we handle these upsetting circumstances. A few people veil their stressors and uneasiness with humor, while for other people, it is outwardly present, genuinely wearing them out.
 
I simply get my phone and air pods, go to my music list and start plating musics. Sometimes I could be pacing about and dancing while listening to the music this life make sure say you no stress yourself
 
To relieve stress while working, we have to find a good suitable and quiet environment. Where you will not be disturbed and also keep a drink by your side to to sipping. And if you like listening to music you can play music while working this will reduce you stress and boredom.
 
Personally, I don't think there is any solution to my own stress management because to others, they may sleep when they are stressed out and they will recover. But not me; no matter how much stressed out I'm, I still find it very difficult to sleep both during the day and at night.
 
Some stress is food because thats the life we challenge everyday to survive but stress affect our health that can cause are daily life and will affect also our future life and i educate my self to avoid the stress
 
Stress is a disease that makes a person hollow.The best thing to do to get rid of stress is to exercise, then play games, get proper food and proper rest,Share with a close relative or friend and find a solution.Too much thinking can lead a person to stress, just think about planning and leave the rest to God.
 
When I notice I am stressed or responding to trivial issues with so much disdain and anger, I take time off and shut off for a while till I get back to my normal self. I try to do stuff I love to ease my mind and out me in a better place mentally. That’s way I’m able to respond in a proper way and not I anger.
 
If i have a problem and i am in stress i quite i didn't talk to anyone. I weep and ask to God. Besides it i write something on my notebook to relax my stress.
 
The only way to get rid of it is by having vacations, once you are in a vacation, you should stop thinking about the work and should leave everything behind till you are back from that vacation, this way you will be able to reduce it

I'm one of those people who keep silent every time, and don't talk too much. This helps me a lot to stay calm in every situation. Because a silent person listens well to others, and know how to deal better with the situations. So every time I keep judging my self, which keeps me away from stress.
 
Firstly I usually wanna know tye reason or causes of my stress and when I find it out I just close my eyes to that part of me that might wanna weigh down with it. And sometimes I just give myself enough rest for till that period just passes.

Stress is a natural occurrence to all humans. But how we all handle stresses when we're under one varies from person to person. I tend to get a lot of rest when I feel I'm under great stress, and this works out well for me.
 
Stress management can sometimes be difficult and frustrating. These are the reasons why many people consider themselves stressed daily and they do not have anything to do about it. Stress can be as simple as over feeding yourself. Excessive sleep can cause stress. Managing it can also be as simple as minimizing those difficult tasks. Timing yourself according to your strength for an activity or work to be done. Standing up to stretch at intervals when you are required to sit for a long period of time. It might be as simple as listening to your genre of music to cool off. So many ways to do so.
 
Stress management is not something that can be learnt in a day. Most people tend to overwork themselves without thinking of the effect it has on their health, people learn only after their body system has shut down and they had to be rushed to the hospital.
I try not to over work myself but sometimes stress is inevitable, in such cases I make sure I observe enough rest and sleep and also drink calming tea.
 
Managing stress is not so easy as we talk about because there is lots of things which make the life stress full and I think it becomes the part of our life.
We somehow try our best to manage the stress by going outside, putting attention in some other activities and then by doing this we can manage the stress for the little time.
 
Stress shows bad impact on health of anybody. By too much stress you will be mentally weak and unable to do work with efficiency. So keep you head calm and cool so that you can fit yourself . Try to share your problems with beloved one .
 
There can be different types of stress. It can be of different types because when under pressure, a person does not understand what to do with it. Get up on your feet as soon as possible and get rid all types of stress. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.

You are quite right but I think man should make some friends to avoid trouble. In difficult situations, talk to them to relieve their stress so that they can reduce their worries. At the same time, we have to reduce our comforts and think about living by reducing our needs. If we think of more conveniences and comforts, it will be a danger to us. Let us set our expectations, which is very important.
