How do you manage Stress?

Stress is the worst enemy of man,s health and goodness. Stress is not what we think it's a hidden insect which consumes us internally.
In my case, I am a person who generally remains calm, if stress appears, I tell myself that that way, things are not solved, I maintain control to make the best decision and always try to not get in any dilemma.

Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain. Some people who usually complained about stress always have something in common, which is over work. This happen frequently in our day-to-day activities leading to subconsciousness in the operations of work. But, as for me stress management has been my practice right from cradle, what I usually do is take lots of water and fruit in an empty stomach very early in the morning, before setting out for work. And it worked perfectly well for me.

I don't think that it is difficult to control strain. It is true that strain could be harmful for your mood, life style and physical fitness but it is controllable. In my case yoga is the best relief in stress. I often do many Asans specially stress relief Asans to make my life more healthier, active and lively.
 
All work and no play makes Jack a full boy, so all you need is a little fun for you to forget all the work you need to do or you have done or in some cases the work you have to do, so just choose a fun activity to do when you feel stressed, could be music, games or a simple chat with anybody.
 
though managing stress is not an easy task but you have to take things lighttly as much as possible and calm yourself before approaching any task in order not to negatively affect work
 
To overcome from stress is very difficult and mostly people who can't afford to handle the stress they die due to over load.
My personal solving way is to share with my friends and cousins and than after little time the stress come to the low place and than I get the relief.
There are lots of ways to overcome from this situation.
 
Managing stress is very important, you must understand how to cope with stress as life and daily living is full of enough stress, never pile up too many work load, do them as they come, avoid procrastinating, always take time to rest, relax
 
Deep breathing. When you practice deep breathing, you turn on your body’s natural ability to relax. This creates a state of deep rest that can change how your body responds to stress. It sends more oxygen to your brain and calms the part of your nervous system that handles your ability to relax.

Try belly breathing. Get comfortable, close your eyes, and place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest. Take a deep breath in through your nose. You should feel your belly rise more than your chest. Now, exhale through your nose and pay close attention to how your body relaxes. Repeat.

I do things I like doing that will relieve my stress. I can do yoga or meditate, I can start watching my favorite film etc. Everyone feels stress and the way we handle it differs. But I don't feel stress for long.
 
Stress is not always caused by troubling situations or chaos.Stress can be as a result of having overworked yourself or put too much pressure on yourself about something you are eager to achieve.
I manage stress by removing myself from the cause,be it work or anxiety by doing what I love doing Movies ,movies novels with some snacks as companion and then SLEEP.Those do the magic most of the time .
 
Self-Awareness and being mindfulness are another important phenomenon to be taken care: Mindfulness = the intention to pay attention to every moment of our life, non-judgmentally. It consists of four following things:

  1. Purposeful action (do it on purpose)
  2. Focused attention (one thing at a time)
  3. Grounded in the current experience (being where you are in the present moment)
  4. And held with a sense of curiosity (be open to what’s there)
 
As long as life goes on and business continue stress are inevitable, as there arise from our inability to get enough rest after work. The best way to manage stress According to me is planning your day ahead, keeping a list of all your activities would help you manage stress properly and go through your daily activities without breaking down .
 
Most hard work goes with stress, even office work or work from home all goes with stress, and so it is important for use to learn or know how to manage it, it important we manage stress before it overwhelm us. within a week, I go for a walk every evening around 6:30pm to 7pm. After a long day walk, I also hangout weekend with friends to manage stress too.

There is no doubt that under pressure a person can do a good job. But I think if a person does not consider his work a burden and does his duty, he will feel better. And as far as high pressure is concerned, it can be harmful, we should always keep the pressure on ourselves low and always be happy.

Managing stress to me is a very vital part of every human survival. It is very necesary if you desire to live a Long and healthy live. Because, there is a saying that says health is wealth.
 
Firstly you should have any anger with other it's a huge stress taking so you should have take cool down and don't anger with other person taking rest in time and don't take the stress of any thing
 
Working out regularly is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind. Relax Your Muscles. When you're stressed, your muscles get tense. Eat Well. Slow Down.Take a Break. Make Time for Hobbies.Talk About Your Problems.
 
Work with no play makes Jack a full boy. We are all human being and we are liable to get tensed up and get tired, perhaps due to stress of the workload we are all carrying. There are couples of things I do in order to cool off the stress on me. Sometime, I watch season movies that I have interest in while eating a suptusous meal. I can choose to go amazement park to catch some fun. If I want to to reflect I visited a secluded place to meditate and cool off stress.
