stress are the part of life if i am stressed for any thing i talk to one of my close friend after that i feel some relex, after dicussion with some good person half of your stress will reduce. some time i talk to myself for the solution of stress.
 
Stress management is really important in life. I relax and forget about topic that is concerning for some 20 minutes and going to roof for a walk freely taking breathe air all these are good. Stress can damage one's mentality. so boringness and stress are dangerous.

I manage stress by going to bed early at the most 10pm, Tak a break and rest when I feel tired, drink lots of water and carry out my daily work outs as this stretches my body and relaxes me.
 
Life is so important . Everyone should make sure the life is controlled and managed. Stress cut short life. What is needed for hen it comes to stress is to manage our period and time of work. Rest is very important . Then don't put too much work on yourself. Always fine time to rest .

Mostly, anytime or month I have over worked and stressed up much, I will just call a friend we will go out to watch movies together, and during the week I go for swimming to just cool off from stress.
