How do you manage Stress?

Stress management is tantamount to ones health living so every individual must know how to manage stress, because health is wealth so they say, to manage stress, avoid procrastinating not to pile up work for you, always take some few time for rest, avoid too much of stressful multi tasking, then schedule your task in order of priorities

One thing I know is that happiness is free, you can just stress your self out because of work
Continuing to do online work when you are tired and stressed can lead to a serious case of mental fatigue. It is best to take a break and do something else instead. I love the idea of taking a shower and listening to music, they are so refreshing.
 
A lot of rest normally does it for me, sometimes I goes out, listen to some cool music's and sit on a sofa with a chilled bottle of beer and then I goes home and relax my head out and in no time I would be fine
 
Taking a break works perfectly for me. Though I avoid stressful ventures.
 
What I do when faced with lots of stress at my workplace, I just take excuse and go and clear my head first outside the work environment for a while, then I come back and have a short nap if the condition permits, this way I will come back well refreshed and ready to face my work with vigour.
 
You identify the issue , you find key points that cause it , you make a plan of actions that may help nullify or reduce the problem , then eventually take action.

It's really a simple concept , but it isn't as easy as it sounds , it needs practice and consistency to be able to take a decision on the fly to change something
 
Dealing with stress for most people is taking a good sleep or rest over time but when its emotional stress is best dealt with by talking to someone. It will be draining trying to deal with it on your own. Talking to someone you love and respect will help.
 
I generally don't tend to dwell on things and get all stressed out over things I can't control because I don't see the point. Whether or not you stress out, it won't change the outcome. On that basis, I'm more a matter of fact person and tend to make peace with situations FAST, then brush myself off and decide on the best way forward. Do I get worried about things? Sure I do because I'm only human, but I don't dwell on those things or have pity parties. I grab the bull by the horns and face life head on.

When I feel things are getting on top of me, I SHARE it with someone, usually my husband or my sisters, to get it off my chest. That actually helps a great deal. I also find jogging, walking or any form of exercise helps.
 
I can just be working from morning to night without find a chance to sleep or rest. rest is very important and imperative to be done in day by day in which to make us stay healthy. I usually create a chance for my self to rest when I go through stress. Because

I have my hobbies and relaxing period. First is the body massage for 1 hour before bedtime so that I can go to sleep right after the massage. There's also my garden which has been my hobby since I was a student. Our dogs are also my stress relievers. When I have nothing to do then that is the time that I watch tv is there is something interesting. My favorite shows are the mixed martial arts fights that are covered live every weekend.

1. Eat healthy foods with energy drinks
2. Do not be too workaholic
3. Always find time to rest daily
4. Have enough sleep per day
5. Balance your work and home
6. Practice medication and stress reduction

The first attempt to reduce stress is to keep myself busy with an activity and try to end this tension by myself. But still, if the tension is not low, I take advice from my close friend or my mother and often solve my problems and tensions, my mother tells me how to get rid from the stress or strain and I get a lot of benefit from her advices....
 
Most times when I feel stressed out, the first thing is to get a shower, and the take a rest and sleep. Then after I am awake, I get a very healthy foods and then I can now find time to exercise my body and do some of my hobbies
 
I try not to overwork myself everytime. Work can come with a lot of stress, that is why I take a few months off to travel, go on vacation, take my mind off work and relax myself.
As for family stress, that one is a bit difficult to handle but when it gets too much for me... I seek help from friends and relatives.

Your brain takes input, process it and then give out put.
I deal with stress in different way, i just stop thinking about the reasons that cause more stress in my mind and try to involve in different activities.
Just stop processing the input to remain safe from output (stress)
 
You are right ..if we discuss with someone close ..will definitely get some solution ,their empathy and heart out reliefs ur stress .for stress relief some kinds of activity also works which can engage our mind for a longer time
Talk to your closest relatives for solutions to problems that are stressing you out, I usually do it so that I feel calmer about dealing with the problem
 
Really when I'm stressed I just listen to music and unlike many people I distance myself from people cos at the time I'm vulnerable to tears and I also watch all this 5 min craft when I'm stressed is the best time for me to learn stuffs

As you know health is wealth and should always first priority health We should keep ourselves relaxed and rest the body on time and drink tea 2 to 3 three times in a day and do excercise on every morning and stress will not take over on us.
