Anything that poses a challenge or a danger to our health is a strain. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be dull and might probably experience pointless. Stress inside your comfort region can assist you carry out underneath pressure, encourage you to do your best, even preserve and secure you when risk looms.
But when strain become overwhelming, it is able to harm your mood and relationships, and result in a host of serious intellectual and physical fitness problems.

How to you manage stress/strain?
In my personal experience, everytime I feel like I'm stressing out, with work, with my children, with life in general I try to back off... It is necessary and almost mandatory to remember that we are humans, and we can't control everything,no matter how hard we try... So when I feel like I'm stress,I take a pause of whatever I'm doing and say to myself: It's okay, just take a break, five minutes for you and then go back.. it is necessary to ear what our body is telling us, and stress is the way our body says "hey, you need to slow down"

try to do sport and your hobbies in general when you have problems because sport changes your mind at all, also take rest and sleep well.

It's hard to manage stress levels sometimes.

I don't think anyone can work for long without coming up with something to keep the stress, anxiety at bay. For that you can opt for meditation or some music therapy as well.
They can do wonders to our stress levels. Of course it depends on the personal preferences too. We should do something we like often.

Thank you for the tips. I try to talk with my family members a lot to cope up with a lot of stuff.

We need to have an outlet or else we will be in deep trouble later. As for sports, I am not much of a sports woman at just 149 CMS height. So, I don't go for them. I do like reading books a lot. In fact, I can read for hours!

I think if you want to manage stress you have to plan your time very well and then obviously you could be able to manage it ,because too much stress can cause fatigue and different illnese

Well, that's true but that's an additional expense. We will need money and more time to go through that.
Not many would want to spend their money and time. So, it's better to stick with other free stuff to control our stress levels. If it's extreme then it can't be helped. As for me, I do seek professional help from time to time.

That's truly great, to be honest. They know us better than us and I am sure they understand a lot more than we believe.
Some therapists charge a lot saying that they provide quality counseling. I don't completely get it but I judge them based on the ratings and reviews. If they have good ratings, then their counseling is worth it I suppose. I do leave feedback when I am done with a session too.

Talk to your closest relatives for solutions to problems that are stressing you out, I usually do it so that I feel calmer about dealing with the problem
I also sometimes do things like that when experiencing stress, because it seems like it's the best thing because harboring one problem will definitely make us more stressed and if we tell close relatives it seems to make our stress lessened.

That's right, taking things easy, and always taking resting regularly (especially for old people)

Stress is a mental problem that bring tiredness to what a person is doing, to manage the stress one need to first work on his or her time management in such a way that after some particular work, there is this part of time one have to make sure that is being used to do something that gives joy and bring happiness. Once that is achieve is a means to get ride of stress from the body

Personally, when I think I can no longer resist stress, I take a day off and go for a walk alone, in nature. this relaxes me the most :)

They is nothing we can do to avoid been stress out as a human being, we have blood
I read somewhere that being aware of your stressful emotions and accepting them exactly as they are is the most important step towards managing it. It is important to note that it is best not to try to deny our emotions or try to supress them, just accept them then look for a solution to them.
