Have you ever complained about a product?

That is true the government does not really care about the complain consumer are making concerning a particular product which make it very difficult for most companies to improve their products and their overall services... This is really bad and I don't know why the government are behaving this way.
That's very bad. I also don't know why the government is behaving this way,but I know they don't have good reasons for doing such things.

I have actually complained about a product I bought offline, it never met my standard or expectations as it was like a fake or rather say imitation of the original product. The seller just had to change the item for me and that's all

Mainly it is not any other Branch of government that should do this , this is the responsibility of the police and the national drug law enforcement agency which is the NAFDAC, NAFDAC are really trying but the police are not trying at all because of so much bribe.

You are very lucky. I have ever been in such situations but my I make a complaint about the products they refused to change it for me that's how I just left.
 
Yes,if I buy a product and it is below pae and not worth the money I paid for it then I'm definitely going to complain. I don't like being cheated on
The problem is not complaining, the issue is actually the feedback you get after complaining. Some customer service providers are not human at all

That's very true.in my country if you make a complaint about a product or anything you are just wasting your time, because you won't get any feedback.
 
I could remember when I bought refrigerator for wife, it started giving fault from exactly six month, I made a seriously complaint whereby I later returned it
 
I have bought a product from a supermarket and returned it. When I got home, I opened it, and I discovered that it has expired. So, the attendant changed it for me.

You are very lucky. For me I have made countless of complaints on a product but never get feedback's. Most of the businesses nowadays don't take complaints.
 
Sometimes it's hard to find the right channels for complaint. I don't really remember complaining about a product. I'd rather give it up and never go back to it again.

Yes I have ever complained about a product, some products are not worth buying because they are not what they pretend to be, one have to be careful on buying goods some companies are only looking for money which is not good

Most of the pictures they use for their online sales are edited, hence they look so beautiful. After making your complains though what happened? Where you able to change the product?
 
Yeah I have complained about a product before and I asked for refund , because I did not like the treatment recieve from the person selling the product ,I had to go to the manufacturer for refund themselves
 
Yeah, very well self. I once order something from jumi and what I saw was different from what the brought for me. I complained bitterly.
 
I have not complained about a product per say, but I just tend to replace the product with some other brand when I am not satisfied with the brand. However, I may complain about the product if the product causes harm.
 
It was a service I complain about few months ago. I didn't got the service I paid for and I Lodge a complain. I was serious about it so that the management will I attend to my plight. I have been enjoying the service afterward.
 
Yes, if I could remember, I have made a serious complaint to one of the production company in my are whom were specialised in the production of cake. The quality of the cake was reduced to a very low level which makes the cake in quality.
 
Well complaining is not just part of it I try as much as possible to avoid complaint in every thing I do,so i make sure I go to trusted site or places to purchase the I need
 
Yes I do complain when it happens to be that I bought something that was not good or I was hoodwinked,most especially when its not the desirable product I want,I complain about it.
