Yes online business is really a good one anyone can think of going into because there is no competition like offline business, and during pandemic online business was not affected like offline businesses.

I don't think online business can fully take over offline business , because is not every one that has phone to work online, meanwhile we can all work offline with or without phone.
I strongly believe that offline business can not be over taken by online business after covid 19, because there are many easy business to do offline without phone and data,
Online business can not be done when your phone battery is drained while offline business can work and will not be affected by battery drainage, it doesn't involve the use of phone.
