When the business is big you certainly need a bookkeeper at least or maybe an accountant to help you with the recording of the transactions. But for the purpose of taxation a registered business needs a financial statement that is certified by an accountant.

There is not need of hiring someone else to track my money. I track my money by myself. You are the only person that is supposed to know how much money you have so you need to manage your business and your bank account by yourself expect if you are not physically okey

This reminds me of Manny Pacquiao. When he started earning good money from winning the boxing bouts, he hired a business manager, not 1 but several. The panel of managers helped him choose what business to start and also how to handle his money properly. Now I believe that Pacquiao is in the top 10 richest in our country. Thanks to his business managers.
