As a business owner or entrepreneur, what’s your top 4 in order of priority?

1. Sales Growth

Mine is 5,7,4,8.
Sales growth actually top my list in the group of priorities for my business then followed closely by customers experience and then ensuring good quality of my products. My product development takes the eminent priority also and then the investment that I have made into the business.

Mine is 5,7,4,8.
Strategy execution, customer experience, sales growth, and my Investment have it for me as a top four. They are really important.
 
As for me I will have it this way ; product development comes first after which good customer relationship follows. Having a good customer relationship will promote sales . Finally competitors management. To be able to have a continuous in flow of customers ,I have to work towards doing something different and unique from what other customers are doing.

Nice arrangement, if I am to mention my four main priority, first one is customer satisfaction, the second one is proper marketing strategy to beat competitors, Third is the profit and good management.
 
As a business owner here are my top for priority for the business
1 customer satisfaction
2 good working environment
3 winning more investors
4 maintaining positive cash flow.
 
Someone that is interested in succeeding in business must make sure that they know all the things that is necessary for business success, most of my priority as a business owner will be on how to satisfy my customer.

Paying salaries comes last for me because it's only when my company is doing well before I think of paying salaries

These are very vilid points for any business person to always put in his plan and structure for his business.Another is a good strategy on how to aquire customers and sustain them as they come.

My four priority is strategy execution because one need a good strategy to be able to manage any business and have a good product to attract your consumer and also being able to stand above your competitors. Paying of salaries is also very important
 
Strategy execution, customer experience, sales growth, and my Investment have it for me as a top four. They are really important.
Nice one with the customer experience, many business owners or entrepreneurs tend to omit that aspect they just think about how they can make profit and tend to forget they still need to treat the customers well also.
 
First is an effective marketing and sales strategy, second is the growth in sales and profit, third is an effective customer services and lastly is a well monitored financial and inventory record, with these four things in place, the business will continue to achieve it's goals.
 
As a business owner, my top 4 priorities are as follows;
1. The satisfaction of my customers.
2. My profit.
3. My product brand reaching its standard and lastly
4. The strategy to get more customers.
 
My four order of priority as a business owner are mentioned below.
(1) Quality
(2) Good customer service
(3) Customers
(4) competitors
 
Well if you are asking based on the lost you provided in your thread, I think 1, 4, 6 and number 5 will be my top priorities if i have business.
 
Everyone have their own but to me the most important thing is customer satisfaction ,and this can be achieved by production of high-quality products then followed by Profit, feedback also is very important to me because this will help me to understand how my customers are feeling about my product.
