Would you rather hire a manager or run the site(s) yourself?

There are a lot of people who will gladly do such work. I'm also looking for someone who will hire me to do such work for him or her. This is because I am a passionate blogger and also I can manage a site.

If you are a busy person then it is best you hire someone who will manage your website. There are people who run over five websites and of course they can't manage all of them by themselves.

Yes, nice idea, but works perfectly for those who owns sites and not site.if you own just a site, there would be no need hiring anyone unless if you are too busy for work on the site

It depends on my knowledge of running a site.and if i cannot learn or failed to learn due to other schedules, i would rather hire a manager to save my site from running down.

I am not so good at website managment so I might actually hire a manager but only if the website is earning me a good amount of money. How would I pay a manager if I am not earning myself. I remember creating free websites using subdomain and I use to manage them myself.

I was the one managing our office website with an assistant for the technical part particularly the backing up of the contents. We have an editor and a group of writers that are paid on a per article basis. Managing the website is just part of my job as a technical consultant because it is a small task. When there is a server problem the host provider will resolve it for us.

It is very important that injure a manager for my sites. I will run and manage some of the sites myself while some persons manage others for me. I am only just one person, and I'm.notna machine but human. So, I will need managers

It depend if maybe I don't have time in order to run my site it is possible to hire a manager so to help you and run your website, because having manager in your business will really help.

I don't like stress and because of that if I have more than one business to handle then I will definitely get a manager to help me out, there's nothing wrong with getting one. Though most people are scared because they feel these employed managers won't do their best but supervision is the only way to be sure if they are doing their best or note.
Running a site by yourself means you cant handle a site by yourself or rather maybe you are too busy to handle it alone, but if it comes to getting a manager, always go for a competent and a trusted one.

More over I think it will even be of more value to my business if I get someone with the necessary experties to run some of my businesses online than doing all and everything by myself.

It is a good idea to hire managers for your site in so doing you are creating employment and also profiting as this managers will have to do a very good job to make profit and get paid.

As the adage say, a tree can't make a forest. I don't see myself working alone, just because i want to earn alone, No. I would like to hire staffs to help me to drive my course to high level, and more success will be achieved than me working alone.

Well yes that's a must if you believe you aren't capable of managing all of your websites at once and you don't want to lose them at the same time, then hiring a manager for each (or for couple) would be your best to go solution

It depends on how many sites you're managing and how hi to your schedule is. I personally have two free blogs which I manage myself and I post from time to time on it. If you have a professional blog then I think if you cannot handle it yourself you should hire a professional who will do it for you in order to make your site grow.

In hiring a manager some time is very risk due to the in competency and dedication of the hired managers is advisable you engage yourself or do it yourself when you have the capacity and ability to run your business yourself.

If you have time, if you have knowledge, and if you have skills, why should you hire a manager for your site? why not to run your site yourself. Since it is your site, you know how to best run it

Imagine I go on a long journey or needed a very long vacation for myself form my job, I wouldn't just leave it unattended to like that. It has to run by someone in my absence don't you think? I'll get a manager

A very true adage indeed as stated by someone up there. A tree cannot make a forest. It doesn't and never works that way. You want to make it big in your businesses, start delegating responsibilities to the best of hands and you'll see the difference

I would prefer to hire capable hands to help manage my business if I can. It'll give me enough time to think and do so many other things that can help make progress especially in other areas outside that particular business. It could be another business
If your site is just a blog site, you may not be required to hire a manager, Instead you can hire a virtual assistant when ever you want something to be done, either writing, or marketing.
While I'm not a politician or an international business person who hardly have time for many things, I can still manage my own website by myself. There is absolutely nothing holding me from taking up such responsibility.

If I start up a website of my own I would rather employ a manager that will be managing it because I will definitely be busy doing other engagement and besides I don't know much about website management.
