Joining a new start up can be quite challenging because you have to work a lot harder to make the business known to many people. It is a challenge most people cherish and gladly accept.

True, it can be indeed challenging in terms of traffic like you have said and also gaining the trust of your customers but don't you think some persons join new setups just cause they feel they can easily gain higher positions on time?

Well, I think, at the end of the day the decision comes down to you. If you see the startup has huge potentials and you are in it for the long run then yes. If you are looking to make money quick you may decide to quit.
When you have actually observe that the business have a good potential to survive in the current market it shows that it is something that is what invested into because you are most likely to get your profit from it.

That can also be the reason. The old staff who have been there right from inception tend to occupy senior positions in the organization with time.

It's ok to join a new start up job in an organisation, since it entails social media network , you really don't know maybe the owner of the business is well connected and has influence.
As far as I'm concerned there is nothing wrong in joining a new business project as long as the business project is presented with a credible plan of operation that will ensure that you can make profit from it.

Well most people run away from joining newstart up business all they want is the already established one, forgeting that the new start up will definitely be beneficial in future is they have good vision and mission

Well before one can plan on how to startup a business you need to consider about the business, before joining the new business to know if the own of the business is connected.
There are so many scam business projects that are floating online today which is why it's very important that you make a detailed research into any business project before you invest your money into it.

Exactly, positions that could take years to obtain in another company, they could easily access it in months or a few years. Would you like to work in a new setup?

True. But a lot times it is very difficult for startups to make that big break to the next level, in a lot of scenarios the startups looks ready to develop with all the right ideas and strategy, because of lack of funding or partnership they end up going out of business.

I have not taken such a job before.
You would have to make the decision yourself.
If you know you have the skills for the job, then give it a shot.

Well for business to be considered a well and recognised it definitely start somewhere that is it begins from scratch. so to me starting a new or a startup business is quite encouraging when you have vision and mission to accomplish with the availability of both human and material resources. is good to give a try.

I have no problem joining a start up as far as I have considered and examined the business from every angle and finds it to be a good prospect, I would mist definitely dive into ir

I am going to join the start up business if I see that they have brighter future. I will also join the start up if the project they want to embark on will affect the humanity in the positive ways.

I am always in support of joining a business that is all about being online right now. You should evaluate how the business is going to be taking your time and whether the money they are paying you is okay or not.

I think joining a new start-up could be a fun thing. This is because a new start-up might attract new customers, as new start-ups offer discounts during the initial days of business.

I think joining a new start up would rather be demanding. There will always be enough work and tasks to go round as the new company is gradually trying to find it's feet amidst competition.
