Would you ever join a new startup?

It's not a bad idea to work for a startup, particularly if the position allows you to realize your full potential and contribute to the company's strategic goals. However, if you believe that accepting the position will prevent you from reaching your full potential, I believe it is best

Would you ever join a new startup? I'm considering taking a job at a new startup, but wanted to ask you guys first. It entails social media work and all that, so I was wondering if I should give it a shot? Has anyone here invested in a startup?
Before joining or investment in a startup you definitely need some researches about it, their plans, working team behind it, their roadmap and more, if not you may face many problems.

I am probably going to join a new startup if I believe that they are going to be paying me well. I have always never believed in working for the top companies no matter what.

Most new start up alwys pay their workers handsomely just to make sure they works hard in acheiving the goals and target being set up by the new company to be achieved .

I will definitely join as long as such is really a potential business. I'll put so many things into consideration so as to avoid wasting time on what won't to be profitable.

It depends on so many things. Most of the business out there do not really have much planned for the future and as such it will just be a waste of time for you joining when you could have used that time to do something important for yourself.

yes, i will join it as long as it has a growth plan and the team is formidable and vision-driven, I know that it will build up in no distant time and it will be worth every time, resources and energy invested in it when the returns start coming in

Joining a new start up is never going to be something difficult for me but instead I am going to be concerned about their future and if at all what they are doing is something that personally alligns with me.

I believe everyone has a specific goal to achieve in all ramifications, but in instance where by goal are not achieved at the end of the day, one can decide to start up as a starter either in the same filled or different, so as to achieve a specific goal.

You are responsible for your decision wether to invest in start-up or not,the potentiality you see in the start-up through researches will help you meet up your final decision whether to invest or not.

It is part of my long term goals to invest in startup businesses because they have the potential to give huge returns if the companies thrive in future. They can risky though.

You should not just run into everything, Not all business gives that potential to make reasonable money and sometimes there are many ways people can invest in start-up . Business sometimes could be a joint venture and if it is a joint venture then you have to really understand who you're dealing with because that's another reason why most partnership business are not always succeeding.

Yes I would not mind joining a start up. I believe I would be able to add my experience and knowledge to any start up I join.
In return, I would gain the necessary experience from working with a start up.

This is very right, the experience you would gain from startups would definitely turn out great because they are characterised by alot of challenges in their operations.

Yes, startup are usually faced with a lot of challenges for different areas, legal and all. So working for a startup would give you an insight and experiences about a startup since you would be more involved with the operations.

Definitely, but this is not for the weak because the challenges can be overwhelmingly stupendous. There would be alot of failures but persistence is what Ensures it's success.

Yes, Startup are usually characterized by these challenges. It is not easy working for a start up. But, I personally would not mind the stress. I strongly believe I can cope with the stress that comes with it.

It is a normal thing to join a new start up. Every old thing was once new. Everything has an history and it all started somewhere so it is not a bad idea as long as we have the same vision

It depends on two factors. The first factor is the person or people who are pioneering the start up. If he or they are seasoned people in business, I would. Also it depends on the vision of the start up. If it's vision is well defined and incorporates growth, I would easily join.

It depends on the start up you are joining , some new business start up normally treats their workers better with big salary and they don't normally stressed them , while some new start up always overwork their staff .
