Why do employees quit?

It could be time to look for a new employment if they feel underpaid for the work they do. Similarly, you may be willing to take on more duties in exchange for more compensation. There is a saying that you have to innovate in order to not stagnate. When your job is in a rut with no prospect of progress then it is time to move on to another endeavor or another company.

This is usually the case. Once we find an opportunity that is way better than our present one and also less stressful, we would quit and go for the better option out there.

Yes and sometimes the manager of most of this business can be so strict with employee which could make some employees not to be comfortable. in this case this is not the right atmosphere for work.
 
But then it is not always the manager that always make an employee to quit ,Most employee do quit because they just want to free themselves from the stress of work or they have found a work much more better than the current one.

That's what I was trying to say, that an employee can quit their current work because they have much more better work than the current one, when the manager give a harsh working conditions it can lead to stress that I have mentioned.

Main reason is cause they make lesser money than the time and energy they invest in said job, many has discovered the wonderful experience of networking, crypto trading and other home based jobs such as the wonderful platform

Yes and sometimes when they are not comfortable, they may not even enjoy where they are working and they will always be looking for an opportunity to get a better employment that gives them peace of mind.
 
As I have described in other publications, my salary is currently insignificant, however I know that this is due to the economic situation in my country. On some occasions I have thought about resigning, but I feel comfortable in my job and they value my effort in other aspects that are not monetary, which is important to me.
Employees quit from job when they are too stressed or when when did job does not pay well this can make employees quit from your job.
 
I just quitted my part-time teaching job. The pay was really low and the employer does not value the kind of work I do for him. The last term was the height of it. I worked for three months and got 2 months' payment. I didn't even submit a resignation letter.
