Why do employees quit?

Why do employees quit in your view? Personally, I think most of the time it's because a boss is being a boss. They should rather be a leader and lead the team to the right direction.
I have seen many quit their jobs for various reasons.
Man A quit his job because he found a job with a better pay, so dissatisfaction on earning is a reason to quit.
Woman B quit hers because she couldn't balance work and family life, she had three kids and was always dozing off at work.

Most employee quit due the fact that the the policy or upgrade of policy is not longer favorable to them or when they see a better offer

Most employee quit as I have said earlier on ,due the fact that the policy of the company is no longer favorable to them and most quit because of better offer,and some quit because of inability to carry out task of the company
 
Most employee quits work because of the workload and stress related to the job but no increament in their salary scale but the workload is getting too much for them to handle.

Yes, this is true apart from bad behavior of boss, many employees quite because the job was quite stressful and the amount the employees were being paid was just too low for them. This is why they seek good opportunities and when they get an opportunity, they quit.
 
Most times employee quits because they find a better paying job. An employee hardly quits just because he wants. I'm saying this From experience
 
Employees quit due to a number of reasons not limited to better offers from else where, change of geographical location and bad working environment

People quit their jobs for different reasons. It could be due to lack of motivation through remuneration, stress, or inability to balance family life with working experience.
 
Employees quit for some many reason.. some quit due to dissatisfaction or the environmental is getting more hostile for him or her, some many to further is education, better opportunity or change of career etc.
 
There are different kind of factor that could led the employee to quit the job especially when the salary is not paid as when due and you are unable to cater for your daily expenses
 
There are a thousand and one reasons that an employee might want to quit their jobs. Some of them might be quiring because of some abuse going on at their place of work
 
It could be due to a poor salary, an uncomfortable work atmosphere, a better job offer,too much stress or due to illhealth.
 
The most rampant reason for people to resign from their Job is poor scale of payment.. Most private sector will expect you to work like an elephant and when it's time for payment they will want you to eat like a bird...

That is one very good and common reason why people quit jobs. I agree with you that most private sectors do this. They will pay you so little that does not compensate the much work and pressure you have gone through.
 
There are like a thousand and one reason why an employee would want to quit but one way that would definitely foster and employees leaving is if he or she no longer feels he or she is delivering
 
If am employee is getting a very little pay for so much work put into the job, there is every tendency that this employee will quits that job for another very soon when he gets it
 
The main reason workers quit their place if work is usually getting a better offer elsewhere, or some times to further their studies

That's one reason, another reason why employees quit is when the job involves a lot of stress, situations where you have to work Mondays through Sundays, 12hours each day with just two days off in the month, such conditions do not develop an employee positively, another reason is poor payment, some workers work far more than the meagre amounts that they are being paid.
 
Many reason why employees quite thier job, some they get better offer, some they get frustrated by the job, some their boss treats them like dogs, some relocates etc.
