why companies lose their best Employees?

Companies lose their best employees because most of these employees are very qualified and they do not stay for so long in one place. They always seem to get better offers than where they currently work.

Most companies lose their best employees by not listening to their opinion and not compensating then enough in their good work done

By assuming they know what the employee wants. And by not listening. This results in not giving the employee what they want, if they give them anything at all. About ten years ago I discussed, with my then supervisor, my plans to leave. We finished and I got back to work.

Lack of clear vision

A clear and well-defined vision is essential. If an organization fails to meet its goals, employees may soon lose drive and direction. If there is a lack of vision, people can find inspiration in different organizations

My Brother, you are absolutely right, true words are really bitter, such things occur because of the high level of unemployment and poverty in the Country and this attitude is particular to most employees, when the employer begins to demand more and pressurize the worker, it tends to destabilize the employee who tends to start finding other opportunities but the moment the employee leaves, a lot of destabilization occurs because no one may be able to fill the space effectively, employers should learn to improve the welfare of their workers with more also given to the best workers, all for motivation and growth of the Company.

Actually Lack of a Clear Vision A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization

There are many reasons why businesses sometimes do lose some of their Important or valued customers. Most at times the main reason is that businesses that fail to perform their responsibilities towards their customers needs do lose their customers. Customers are the main reason why a business exist and when a business fails to serve its customers like expected the customers most at times find alternative businesses that sell similar products to transact with them.

Generally, companies are bound to lose their best brains and employees when they fall short of affection and welfare in the day to day running of company task. Employees that deserved to be promoted but did not get such for instance, would leave for another place where they would be appreciated.

because if you are smart enough, you would know that staying in the same place isn't good for you side, you have to work everywhere and gather enough experience in different companies to enrich your background

There so many reason that could warrant a company to loose his or her best staff. It could be as a result of poor salary structure or lack of training by the company. It could also be that the staff welfare are not properly looked into.

Company loose there best employees due to this following reasons.
Firstly when companies failed to pay good salary to there employees they tend to loose them.
Secondly when company treat there employees without respect and care, they tends to loose them.
And lastly they loose their best employees when companies are not ready to give out in terms of compensation and other bonuses they tend to loose their best employees

Top employees often leave when corporate bureaucracy begins to get in the way of their career development. Managers may understand the rationale that informs the “red tape” but having to say no to certain good ideas such as flexible working arrangements might leave them disgruntled.

Most managers and CEOs don't really care about the warfare of their employees especially on things that has to do with occupational hazards. There should be an allowance which should be paid to employees as regards occupational hazards. Most of the employers don't really care.

Most wicked employers like exploring people they are employing into their business with an art any arrangement of paying them anything tangible and as a result of this any talented person that they employ into their business have to leave for a better way to get a good source of income.

When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

what's your view on the topic discussed?

I quite agree with you on this. Employees will always want to feel welcomed and encouraged to do their best when their suggestions on how to move the company forward is being looked into. In spite of how the manager looks at it, listening to your employees will make them want to do more for the company and when this is not the case, they maybe pushed to resign.

I think this covers almost every sphere of life and it is very important. Losing employees is just like losing friends or losing loved ones and more. Employees are important to the live and survival of the business and must be taken care of.

Some of them are spoilt brat that's because they were been raised with silver spoon in their mouth, with that they feel they can boss everybody around and go scort free..Some employees prefer to quit their jobs and have a sound mind than tolerating people's shit..

There are two factors that causes a company to lose their best workers, which are;
First, their Inability to pay the workers and so has no option than to relieve them. This usually occurs when the company is going through a major crisis that threatens their continuation.
Secondly, when another company offers to pay a more higher salary to the said worker.

My recent working place just faced with that situation. It lost 5 of its workers in the same week. The reason being that the environment is not conducive to working because of the too much workload and the remuneration doesn't commensurate with the work.
