A competent employee has goals, visions, missions and is career driven. When the company, business or organization doesn't align with this drives, such employee leaves. A company that is stagnant with little or no achievement will certain lose its best employees.

Most of the companies lose their employees because of selfishness, it can be one reasons or the other like low payment method. It can be delay in payment, it can also be too much labour given to the employees which their ability couldn't carry it .

First main reason is
The Company Lacks a Clear Vision.

Individuals need an energizing profession that they can be energetic about. It's difficult to be enthusiastic about your work when your organization either doesn't have a reasonable vision or neglects to impart it viably. Staff individuals in such associations tend not to be driven and the best among them in the end search for motivation and scholarly test somewhere else.

Second Reason is
The Company Undervalues its Best Employees

Top entertainers in associations need appreciation. They need acknowledgment for their ability and difficult work. Moreover, they esteem fair input about upgrades they need to make since they're quick to learn and develop. In any case, faculty in numerous associations regularly feel that their chiefs disregard these issues just to shock representatives with analysis during yearly execution surveys.

Experienced HR experts center around building a culture of proprietorship in the work environment. They continually trade legitimate feelings and experiences with colleagues. Giving corporate specialists open criticism isn't just steady with best HR rehearses yet it likewise shows your workers that you really care about them. In the event that you demand directing yearly execution audits, maintain a strategic distance from shock reactions.

In a saner clime, employees are the backbone of every business investments.the outcome of a business is highly dependent of the staff performance, if there is a mismatch of understanding amongst the employee and the business manager, there is tendency to end work.

“They may be generally satisfied but are not cognitively and emotionally connected to their work and workplace; they will usually show up to work and do the minimum required but will quickly leave their company for a ...

These companies feel they know it all and even see their staffs as commoners. Am sure they think what do commoners like you know? They tend to forget that it is these commoners that does the job itself, they are the ones who carries out the plans. Such companies does not deserve suggestions from staffs.

since the best workers/Employees need to be pushed… when you work some place quite a while you get exhausted on the grounds that you know it all… incredible personalities need to be tested and should guarantee change to develop. So if the work doesn't s challenge the worker will look for that want somewhere else.
@WhiteHouse I agree with you on this, best employees loves to be tested at every given opportunity. That's the only way to give them the confidence needed to to achieve more. If the company doesn't have such conducive environment that encourages growth they seek alternatives.

As best employees can seek better places and get passed in interviews they can leave current job frequently. It is company's tactics to give benefit more to best employees to keep them in their side. This is why they usually leave for better benefits.

When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

Many employers because of their belief that no one is irreplaceable they never care about the welfare or their staff and even when such employees make a case their case is jettisoned as if they are nobody so this prompt the good staff to look elsewhere for a better working condition.

In my own opinion why company lose there best employees it is because they don't listen to the needs of their workers, to meet their needs, they will be looking at there own inconvenience than looking at what the employee needs to do the company work happily and effectively. They treat the employee as a unit rather than an individual to meet company satisfaction.
The company don't offer career opportunities to there employee, they mistakenly agree that paying strong salaries and other benefit package is enough to hold their workers, we all know money is good but it is not the only reward sought. Failure to provide a clear career path with the company can soon lead to total separation.

Also when a company don't communicate the vision of the company to there staff, the employee can lack direction and drive if the company fail to promote the brand internally and fail to successfully communicate the goals of the company as a whole.
Also when the company pays lower salary lower than the market average. If you’re not working hard to keep them engaged and providing decent progression opportunities, then money becomes a much bigger issue. If you are paying your employees a salary that is lower than the market rate, you need to motivate and encourage them to stay. Hope you know that, it can be more expensive to lose good employees and hire new ones than giving someone a pay rise that they might deserve.

Workers and employers try their possible best to work for the growth of the company. But there are some certain occurances that can results in employees leaving if they begin to treat workers anyhow or denial them of their right.

In management of companies there is a method where not only the decisions of the senior department in the company is followed but also the decision of the junior department because in the company they are the ones closer to the clients and knows what's needed to move the company forward

Some company loose they are valuable workers because they don't know how to take care of them. They did not have good employment welfare put in place to cater for the workers in the company. One thing I do know is that it can be very hard to see a good replacement for a valuable worker that left the company.

According to my own point of view the reason companies lose their best employee is because they are not appreciative, they don't encourage their workers and sometimes they make things hard for their workers even when the workers are doing their best to make the business move forward

@Thosynho the tend to look else where if they sense any lack of serious attempt by the company to listen to their complains. The adverse effect of such of act on the company sometimes lead to resignation of good employees.

The reason why companies looses their employees is the lack of care and concern about employees personal life. Most employers are about their own private business but not concerned about their labourers and they don't care about the personal life of their employees.

In my experience, and from what I hear and see, employees leave because of poor management and when they feel like there is no career growth in the company. The pay may be good but when people gets the burn out, they usually try to find other places that could take them out of the stressors.

The most reason why companies lose their best employees is because these employees had become very good that the companies that they are originally working in cannot pay them anymore and so therefore they will get better offers from other companies and this will cause the worker to have no choice other than to go for these other companies.

The truth us that most employee are not properly taken care of, they are not appreciated for doing exceptional things, no proper reward scheme , an employee who is good at what he does should be appreciated but many organization Will never look into that
