why companies lose their best Employees?

companies lose their best employee in when there is no encouragement like increment of salary and also motivation for the employee to work effectively this makes the employee reluctance to work and sometimes they decide to leave the work for another.

Companies loose their best employee of the pay isn't good. No one would do a great job for a penny, secondly if the superior is not nice and respectful ,some managers or directors are so mean. And if the environment isn't favourable

A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization.

Some company loose they are valuable workers because they don't know how to take care of them. They did not have good employment welfare put in place to cater for the workers in the company. One thing I do know is that it can be very hard to see a good replacement for a valuable worker that left the company. they believe that they can easily see another woman from the pool of unemployed youth.
 
One of the drive that gives employees motivation is the fact that they see themself in the future of the organisation when their ideas are absorbed and taken,it gives them a sense of belonging.Anything lacking from this will make an ambitious employee to find another prospect.
 
There are alot of reasons why companies loses very good employees but I think the major reason would be because of really low paychecks and salaries. Another reason is because they offer no retirement or work benefits.
 
When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

I understand your point. As an organization, members have to work hand in hand to achieve business success. A manager or an employer must learn to carry other employees along in the line of work and listen to their opinions when right.
 
From my perspective always companies lost their employees because of not paying them good salary and not appreciating them about their efforts for the company most of the employees which to have good behaviour and good attitude with the managers and the clients but always it is happened oppositely they are not paid well specially according to the work and then employee stop working other they are experienced expert and they skip.
 
Some employees tender their resignation later and leave if the company employer is not taking the employee serious or not valueing them which is very bad and discouraging, and when such happened some employees tend to leave the company.

When having a meeting on how to embark on a project to move the company forward , it is advisable to always carry the employee along and ask do their opinion because at times , you might think you know it all by when you hear their opinion , you might decide to Change your mind and add their point.
 
In a meeting when talking about problems, projects, risks and benefits or methods to be used, of course the aspirations or opinions of employees will be recorded by their secretaries, both the manager's own opinion will be discussed one by one which is the best alternative, to get the maximum results and reduce risk. Of course with a variety of analysis of both advantages and disadvantages, and at the closing meeting a decision will be made, which one is the best.
 
I think in any company, the relationship between employees and manger of company must be good. Best employees left your business because of many issues I think as you should be gift something on good work of sincere employees likes as house or gift etc. You should promotion the employees that are hard working that encourage him to make more work for your company.

And maybe the decide to change hand with old employee and decide to employ new hands but familiarity at times employer want to reduce that cause it might affect the work
