why companies lose their best Employees?

When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

The above reason was why I left my former play of work. My boss takes our opinion and suggestions for granted. When things go bad she still blame it on us, knowing fully well it was her decision that made it so. It got to a point most of us left the company. The company is no longer existing due to lack of management.

Employees will always leave their jobs when they find a better paying job than their present one. Some employees might want to try another role to see if they will perform better than their present role.
In such a situation, what do you think should be done to retain such employees? From what you have said, it is clear that it is almost impossible to keep a well experienced worker. Personally I feel the best way is to keep on training others who would replace these employees when they decide to move on. What is your opinion?

That is one funny things some boss at work place take their employee opinion for granted, some dont even care about their well being in such cases if another establishment know you where so good then they will fine a way to place you on their working desk,in such cases you have the right to terminate your contract with the old firm for better working chances.

The reason why some companies lose their employees it can be low salary this is one reason they lose their employees, another reason not treating they well.

There are two reasons, one the company does not provide the incentives that the best employee deserves, two the employees get better job offer and move to another company.

This is very true. Not listening to your employees can lead them to quit the job. So you always need to take them into consideration. Some give up so easily when they see that the employer is always doing things his way and never letting them learn or practice their skills.

Many companies loose their best employee due to salaries issues for instance low payment, non-payment, and late payment of salary might caused an employee to resign and leave the job

Apart from insufficient pay, another issue that usually leads to the departure of an employee is when they feel under-appreciated. When employees feel that their contributions to the growth of an organization is not acknowledged or wanted, they will walk away.

A company that lose her best brains does not know the real value of human resources. The company management should do their best to retain best brains among the employees so as to maintain the growth of the company.

There are so many factors that makes this happened. The common of it all is the situation in which a newly established company offering a better payment package than what an employee is currently receiving.

I think most companies lose their best staff because they fail to pay them based on their worth.
Most times, these employees can feel that they are not valued in the organisation and look for somewhere else where they can be valued.

Most companies lose their best employees maybe on the case where they don't treat their employees well or if they don't pay them well and also greed and inability to create a good environment for the employees

It could be many reasons an employee leaves. Most of the time it's because the other business offered better pay. Other times, it could be because of poor management, poor treatment and so on. If you have a good employee, you need to pay them well and make them happy. If they decide to leave for more pay, offer what you can, or let them go. Sometimes letting them go is the right thing to do.

Lack of a Clear Vision
A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization.
Another thing that makes employees to leave an organisation is that if they do not see a good prospect of growth in that organisation, irrespective of the pay, especally for the ambitious ones.

Most times when the employees feel not valued and treated properly they tend to leave. Most times employees leaves because they find a better paying job somewhere

There are a lot of employees that wants to be part of the business in detail and that is what some managers do not want to. When this employees are able to get better conditions in starting companies then they tend to leave.

I doubt if people will even put this into consideration ,most employees are interested in their salary and they do not really care about the progress of a because. it is the duty of the business managers to organise and know how the business will be in the future, if the payment is good most people won't quit their job.

That is also a factor to consider as an employee, because the pay is a major motivation in any organsation, but then to some extent career advance is also very important when it comes to how some persons view success.

You have explained everything but in addition, two heads are better than one. Some managers go on handling the business there on way and that's very bad. You need to seek advice from your employees before taking the next step.

Most employees will then to leave or quit the job when they find another company with a better offer especially when they are not treated right or recognized for their hard work in their present working place
