why companies lose their best Employees?

some companies will not understand the function of their best employee until they lose it to another competitive business organisation that was even waiting for an opportunity to grab such employee out from them, good employees should be taken care of at all costs

The reason why some companies lose their best employee is because they do not really take care of these people , a lot of people with talented skill in a business will always like to move to a location in which they are being valued and taken care of.

Employees tends to move to a company where they will be treated fairly or better than their current place of work in terms of better salary and good working conditions and promotion.

A good wage is an obvious requirement that must be met in order to retain a competent employee. It is shown in numbers how much you believe their services are worth.

The truth of the matter is that most of the best employees in companies know their worth and are not seeking too much to be recognized for their input. They should always give recognition for these type employees

When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

In my opinion such cases generally results as a result of t manager not actually respecting the decision of their employees and therefore i think that in these cases a firm stance should be taken to show the seriousness of the matter that needs to be addressed.

Lack of a Clear Vision
A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization.
I completely agree with you that a lack of clear vision can make a company to be losing its most experienced workers as most of this experienced workers are always looking for opportunity to grow in their chosen career fields and if a company that doesn't have a vision do not provide this opportunity to them then they will be forced to leave the business all the company.

One of the most common reasons why employers lose their best employees is because the employees leave as they have found better job.
Employees will always leave their jobs when they find a better paying job than their present one. Some employees might want to try another role to see if they will perform better than their present role.

Exactly! It'll give them a sense of belonging, show them that they're carried along and valued while fostering trust at the same time. Though not everyone has the same privileges of being carried along, there are some people that should have that privilege - especially those committed to your cause

The manager and employees relationship should be symbiotic relationship. They should both help one another in fulfillment of their dreams and visions. When unity is missing, then the company will start to decay.

Good employees leaves a company because they are not carried along and their views are not respected, also when they are stagnated and there is no clear cut career progression.

Some reasons might be as a result of the employee getting a much better job somewhere else. Not treating the employee well might also be the cause.

There may be numerous answers to this question because sometimes Businesses lose their best employees to competitors.

The truth is that some companies don't really know how to value their employees because they believe that they are paying them while some employees are the backbone of some companies and once they go the company begin to shake.

In most cases the problem stems from a conflict of interest in corporate goals. Some employers might prefer if their staff are stagnated career wise which would definitely not sit well with some. And when this comes to the fore it becomes a big problem and then some might decide to leave. It could also be a case of poor pay, and when you ask for an increase it becomes problematic.

Spot on! I agree with you, some employers don't want their employees to grow they think they are God's deputy and your destiny is in their hands

Exactly, building your team of workers is one of the strength of every company. A company should be structured in a way everybody is a partner, down to least staff. All our personal financial gains are tied directly to the success of the company as everyone is co-owner.

The reason is just simple lack of value and appreciation because every human being want to be valued and fell appreciated more especially when he does something good.

Some companies loose their best employees because; they don't pay much attention to their needs, their motivation, their expectations and their conflict. In order to ensure productivity, employers should develop their workers in all facets so they could be total workers productivity.

One of the reasons why you have best employees is to enable them air their views which in consideration may improve the affairs of the organization, this is not the norm in some companies as some owners want to always ignore suggestions and do it their way, another habit that discourages best employees is when you have to deduct the salaries or bonuses despite their sacrifice and extreme hard work, mind you, there are other companies out there who are looking for such hardworking employees and ready to spoil them with great comfort and benefits.

In addition to that, poor remuneration can make a company lose its best employees. Employees who are very skilled on a particular job are sometimes difficult to pay by companies because of their high value.
Employees in such shoes would opt out and search for other organisations with better remuneration.
