why companies lose their best Employees?

I believe company loose their best employee when they don't value their efforts and their work rate and as a company you're to award your best employees with a gift or increase their salary, with this you will not loose your best employee
Some business management lack the habit of appreciating workers especially when they are performing greatly. They sometimes think that since they're already getting their salary there is no need for that. Nobody wants to stay too longer where he/she is not celebrated.

Companies lose their best employees because they have totally failed in the aspect of salary payment , like they can't keep up paying the salary the person is in total demand of ,then many have to lose the employee and find a new one
Not being able to appreciate your best and hard-working employee by adding to their salary and giving them bonus makes them looks like thrash, but when they are being appreciated by another company with a robust salary, they will have to dump your work and go for a better offer.
 
Those in charge cannot appreciate the surbodinates on ideas they bring. They want all ideas to come from them and at the end they fail to implement, thus the employees would apply from better companies which would appreciate them
 
When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

When companies lose their best employees, thay are losing them due to lack of appreciation from the company management. Appreciation in whichever form is a moral booster.
 
Companies may lose its best employees for so many reasons, it could be because the employee felt undervalued and resigns himself, also they could have another opportunity elsewhere if they are really competent which could force them out
 
Most time why company or organization lose their best brain is because must time,the work and time their put in is not commensurate to the take home pay or sometimes the aims and objective of the organization differs from the persons personal aims and objective

One thing about good employees who have got potentials is the fact that they always want to be given attention, what I mean by this is that, they want their contributions to be considered. When they are being sidelined, that's when they would leave the job.
Which is why managers and business owners should ensure flow of communication so that ideas can be passed without the fear of getting dismmised by a bossy manager or higher subordinate

A good thing a company should to is to compensate its worker for a job well done at least once or twice in a year , give them bonus and leave allowance, if you are not compensating them and they got the gift somewhere else, they might leave.

Thats very true, lots of companies these days have lost good employees just because they didn't value and treat them right, what they don't know is that the way you treat your employees has an effect on their output too

In most cases the problem stems from a conflict of interest in corporate goals. Some employers might prefer if their staff are stagnated career wise which would definitely not sit well with some. And when this comes to the fore it becomes a big problem and then some might decide to leave. It could also be a case of poor pay, and when you ask for an increase it becomes problematic.
In some organisation the employers would not want to invest in the training of its employees,thinking that they might leave after empowering them,and the employees seeing that they are not growing will want to seek oppourtunities elseware.The issue of pay also comes to play as well.
 
This usually happen when the company is not rewarding its employees properly or treating employee badly. If the businesses do not value the employees, they will start deserting the company.

Company lose their best employees because the most time do not have enough money to pay them and not give you them good motivation this may make them leave your organisation.
 
Some of the reasons why this happen is that truthfully employers are always ready to use their employeEs to their satisfaction while at the end of the day being paid a penny. Also, some employers see their employees as slaves to use anyhow

Well, I agree to an extent with your point. Some employees in their desperation to secure a job may take up one that they derive no satisfaction in doing and it is only a matter of time before they would decide to move on.
