Most companies loss their best employees because they think they can replace them with other not knowing that will take a lot of time before replacing a good employee

One of the most common reasons why employers lose their best employees is because the employees leave as they have found better job.
 
When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

This can happen due to improper treatment. When you have a good and hard-working employee you let them know that you appreciate them, but most employers do the opposite.
 
Its mostly due to lack of care and proper preparations for the well-being of the workers. Most companies make their employees work non stop with little to no health care treatment or even proper pay. In such case, one would have to leave
 
Companies lose their best employees sometimes as result of owner's recklessness. Some business owners do not take care of this very well and it's a big problem to be realistic
It might not necessarily be the cause of owners carelessness ,because some business owners don't pay their employees very well and this makes them move to other company

A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization.
I couldn't skip your point, especially a lack of clear vision,the company owners are only bothered on result,not totally concerned how it is achieve,that's were they loose their foresight.
 
The reason why company losses their employees not just any employees but their best employees is because the company may not pay on time or do not give extra benefits.
 
Well concerning your question on why the best employees leave, I have to say that you are right with that point you have mentioned in your post and i definitely agree with you. Another point to note is that they could leave because of bad pay
 
It is most unfutunate that some boses are even jealous of their own employee who does o makes things happen for them in their businesses
 
Concerning why companies lose their best employees. Well, there are many reasons why that can happen, when the employees feels that his decision to the growth is not always taking into consideration for many times, he might feel that his service is no longer needed in the company. When the companies pay is not up to the job or task his completing , he might have a feeling you source elsewhere for job
 
Any company that lacks how to appreciate or recognize employees efforts will eventually lose such employees. One of the ways of business management is employees rewaand recognition.
 
This error occurs because most of the time the management fails to identify the strength of their employees and they just ignore them when such worker tries to give them a solid advice to will take the organization to a new height.
 
Thhere was this company i went to some time ago to look for job but i was discouraged when i saw the way they treat their employees. It was really bad
 
It is very good for business owners to always treat their staff the right way. In a situation where the employees feel they are not been well treated they resign from their position to a better one. Some employers do not care about the welfare of their staff.
 
Companies often loose their best employees when the employees feels they are not being paid enough and demand a raise. When they don't get it they leave.
 
Well that is why I think companies should create an environment and atmosphere for a particular employee to thrive and grow when the employees do well it means more money for the company , so why not create the best environment for them.
The enabling environment for very skilled and innovative employees to express themselves cannot be overlooked, as ideas are priceless and a critical factor on which income comes into the organisation.
 
Poor staff management is the main reason some companies lose their good staff. When a staff who works hard is not treated very well , he has no option than to resign
Yeah atleast a very hardworking staff should be shown support because that alone would boost the morale of the staff involved in the business
