Companies lose their best employees because they have totally failed in the aspect of salary payment , like they can't keep up paying the salary the person is in total demand of ,then many have to lose the employee and find a new one

Everyone wants a growth, and even more for the best employees. However, when the employees do not see growth, in terms of promotion and salary increment, they will quit the job and look for better opportunities else where.

The main reason is because most companies don't necessarily care about the welfare of the employee and if they don't meet up with the demands, other companies are ready to do the job for them

It's said that familiarity breeds contempt. I believe this is the case with employees who are valuable in organisations. they're being taken for granted and that's why many of them quit to better places.

When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

Companies always loose their best employees due to the following reason, one I that the company fail to recognise their hard work and decided to treat them like normal workers and when the company that values them canvass them with fat salary, they will have to leave and go for a greener pasture.

Poor staff management is the main reason some companies lose their good staff. When a staff who works hard is not treated very well , he has no option than to resign

As a manager it should always be important to you to use various leadership styles as appropriate and you should always employ the advice of top employees because it leaves them frustrated if you do not involve them in the business decision process.

One thing is that all individual wants to be heard and carried along in a business. An employee who is part of a company personnel is entitled to be given a chance in company's decision making.
I agree with this, some companies do not appreciate their staff effort which make them feel unappreciated and disgruntled. They'll certainly look for better alternatives

Lack of a Clear Vision Employees want to feel passionate and excited about the business they work for. A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction.

The reason why some companies loose their best employees is not farfetched. A lot of this company owners are so selfish such that they do not appreciate the efforts some of these employees put in to the company to take it to greater heights. They keep over working their staff, no enough remuneration, and above all no encouragement what so ever.

Everyone employee will always take a walk when he or she have a better option than the former, so in case of this new opportunities, the employers are liable to lose.

I think the main reasons are an employee realises he can do better and moves on to a more senior job with another company because he has gone as far as he can go in his current job, or the pay is too low and he does not feel appreciated. Sometimes when a very good employee threatens to leave, the company will give more incentives to keep him. Most people do not stay in the same job forever because they want to better themselves, that's normal.

Most employees leave an organisation they have been working for the following reasons:
No promotion.
Workers not being paid handsomely.
Salaries are not paid at appropriate time.

Lots of reasons! Personal reasons or others example is when the employee find a better place or moving away from the community.

company lose their best employee because they can't afford to pay them very well and also sometimes company lose their best employee because they don't respect employee.

Bad management is one of the reason why most companies lose their best employees, because if they company is not well managed and also delay their monthly salary,in this case many employees have no option but to quit the job, lack of appreciation also contributes

Some company lose their employee based on several reasons, one it is low salary, a situation whereby a company is paying is staff a very low rate of salary, that can not be sufficient enough for the so-called staff to save at the end of the month or be enough to incur the expenses of the staff throughout the days of the working period between the said date for salary.
Some might be to that high level of workforce or multitasking job whereby there is no particular description of the job you are meant to stick on the different job always.
Very true, I've experienced such in my previous organisation, one of the marketers quit because the pay was to low for the results she achieved. In the long run the company suffered her exit

Companies lose their best employees sometimes as result of owner's recklessness. Some business owners do not take care of this very well and it's a big problem to be realistic

Companies has always been loosing their best employees due to the lack of motivation from the companies themselves. They get to find where they're more appreciated
