As a freelancer, we need clients who will hire us to render our services to them for great pay. Most people get lost searching the internet for vacancy, most especially me. Where then is the source were everyone can get clients. Outside Fiverr and upwork.
Join Facebook groups on Facebook advertising or related to your area of specialisation and you'll see lots of people looking for your services, to win them over you can offer them your services at a discount.

Clients are both easy and difficult to find. They are easy to come across in the sense that if you advertise your wares to a larger audience you are more likely to gain a lot of customers. You do not even have to look for them, they will come to you right at your doorstep. Also strive to increase the value of your products and make it have more quality. Everyone values and cherishes quality.

Find clients through business organizations.

Especially for people just starting a service-oriented business, this is my number one piece of advice about how to get clients; join and participate in business and social organizations. You will pick up more business this way than through any other method except perhaps referrals once you get known.
Remember that this is not about the number of organizations you belong to; it's about what you do within the organizations you belong to and how other members perceive you. So don’t rush out and join ten groups and expect calls from new clients to pour in; choose a few only and participate in their work freely and fully. And be patient; people need to get to know you before they'll start sending work your way.

Its not necessarily you look for client on fiver though but I would you suggest you try harder because if you are given a job to do on this site, you won't regret it but apart from fiver and up work as you say. You can get your client from social media miss especially Facebook and twitter

Depending on what your services are, some of the ideas below may not work for you. Try them all then stick with what works. If you’re just starting out, you could connect with some meetup groups and offer a hefty discount for members of that group. You could also offer to do a free talk about how members of that group could improve their blog photos or onsite SEO, whatever your niche or services are focused on.

If you are a freelancer you need a platform to have a client who are willing to hire you and take advantage your service. One of the platform i suggest is upwork and fiver those platform has a many job options and oppottunities where clients what to hire a freelancer.

The number of clients are directly proportional to your Strategies and planning.
You Can attract many clients from fiver, upwork or you can also use social media like Facebook WhatsApp and Twitter by sharing your services to attract more customers and clients.

In regards to offline, you can start by finding someone in your locality that starts a business and needs someone to create their logo or branding. When you want it online, I suggest you should join first in freelancing forums.

Fiverr and upwork are the top freelancing Site where you can get client easily. Has a copywriter, you can check out verbit also. But I think fiverr and upwork is enough anyway. All what you need to do is brand your page to get more gigs

Finding clients can be very difficult and annoying sometimes... you will have to keep hustling for people who find your work very attractive before they could patronize you. but one quick way is through referrals, tell your existing clients to tell people about you.

This is about beating the competition as military strategy most vividly demonstrates. It doesn’t mean you need to become the No. 1 player to succeed (although such a goal can inspire organizations more than a profit target), but you must be better at something so that you can offer the best value to a defined set of potential customers.

In the best way to see people that might be interested in your services is for youto join as many freelance site as possible because this is where you will be exposed to thousands of people that are in need of your services, you can also advertise it on Facebook and other social media.
