True getting employees is not really that difficult as there are alot of persons looking for jobs out there. I also go for the recommendation and referrals. But sometimes those recommendation are not accurate because they only give recommendation to be of help and not to be honest. The probationary period of 6 months is important. That period can make you determine the character of the employee.One of the most effective ways that I have found to hire new employees is to seek for recommendation from people that I in that same department.

That was what we were doing in our outfit when we started and the process has not failed us.Because it would be based on recomendation from someone who already knows the potential employees,and that would make the process easy.I prefer to hire based on referrals especially for sensitive positions like a accountant, at least that way there is someone who can vouch for the staf
