Whenever I am looking for new employees the most important thing to me is that they should have at least some work that they have done in the past to show that they can defend their CV
 
you need to hire employees that have the right qualification and good experience in that field, also make sure that they have good work ethics and are ready to move with your goals and vision for the business

Well, there are many companies that always hire new employees no matter what. I have worked for a telemarketing company in the past and they always use to hire new people all the time.
