When a boss is hiring new employees what do they need to have?

Is true that different companies has different requirements and that is the reason why you should choose your requirement as a yardstick to employee new intake into your company.

Yes, many different companies have really different kinds of requirements. Some companies emphasise a lot of experience rather than education and this is I have noticed as well.

Each companies trying to employ a new staffs have what they need differently from their staffs , some prefer your certificate while some companies prefer to have what you you offer as a worker l
 
Well , A boss that is trying to employ someone into his or her business should see passion in the person they are employing , it may not really be nice for someone to be coming to your business organisation just for the money alone without any passion about the business.

I think they must be motivated to the job and to really want to contribute to the company, not only for the money. They should also be trusted so it will be possible to trust them on a daily basis in the work's place. They should also be enlightened, people who are human beings, don't lie, do the tasks on time, aren't late for work. What do you think they should have?
I think they must be talented, creative, hardworking and beside that they should be honest to the job and company, it is very important to work for a company with ethics.

The employer need what you can offer as their new member , they want their organisation to progress during the time they employed you . But like you said most people lie about their working experience just to get employed .

A fake document presented and used as certificate to get a job will never last long. The bottom line is that the skilled claimed cannot be used at work places where it is necessary.

The fake certificate is more or less like claiming the skills that you do not have and you cannot give what you do not have go to the organisation . This is when it will backfire and you may end up losing the job.

You will definitely lose your job in situations like this. And sometimes even if you are qualified academically experience is what so many people are interested most times.

Your qualification is a good way to get in job. If you have a very good skill presented in your CV your likelihood of getting employed is very high.
 
Well when a boss is trying to hire an employee, the boss will make sure that such employee he want to hire can perform the job he want to give such employee before such employee will be accepted.
