When a boss is hiring new employees what do they need to have?

How can you say ability to read and write is not in the equation? should the person be an illiterate in all kinds of job? I have seen when writing and reading skills are tested in an interview.

yeah indeed it's basically like a friend he firstly checked if you can be trusted and if you will contribute him in someways (The example might be a bit strange but it's actually simillar xD)

to show your motivation of working for someone or for a company you should:
-use keywords and adjectives during the interview.
- searching about the company that you applied for is very important too and this shows your motivation to join it.
- Being prepared, and attended the interview before 15 minutes is also a good sign.
 
Actually there are some qualities that most be spelt out based on the position demanded. I can't really employed someone who doesn't know anything about his duty and position but someone who has knowledge about the reason of his employment.
 
Well , A boss that is trying to employ someone into his or her business should see passion in the person they are employing , it may not really be nice for someone to be coming to your business organisation just for the money alone without any passion about the business.
We should all agree that there are so many things to look out for whenever you are trying to employ. It is definitely one of the things to consider because passion for the business would keep the employee striving harder to add positive things to the organisation.
 
Hiring employees who are very passionate about the job is always important because they will end up becoming your best workers. People with experience is also important and necessary for your business growth.
 
An employer should hire employees based on firstly the qualification of the employee. And employer should also employ based on necessary skills like good communication skills, good writing skills punctuality of employee and many other necessary skills.
 
Well sometimes the criteria expected from any employee, is based on the demand of the organisation and it principles. criteria may be placed and qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for.
The first thing that the employee should have is the qualification that would point that he is capable of the position that he is applying for. The skill that is needed to move the business forward is also very necessary.
You are right but sometimes alot of business organisation faced some challenges that's, a candidate can posses all needed on paper but he is incapable of the job and that will only be discovered after been employed.

Yes , obviously you won't be able to see the passion by just looking at the person's face. Your interaction with the person will help you determine if the person is passionate or not. What type of questions do you think should be asked ?

That is not even possible because human beings are very funny and could hide their true colours but by the time he start working with a company,.you will get to know if he's really passionate about the business or not.

Credentials is one of the things that is very necessary because without the credentials , ypu wouldn't know the how skillful such person he is. With the help of the credentials, you will be able to determine if he will fit in perfectly for the job or not.
 
When boss hiring some new employees they must be strict and also respect the working hours of office, not doing something else during working hours or even being lazy at the work this is the general rule.

It is true that the working experience is a key and very important and one should take note of this fact. A good working experience is what would determine to some extent the candidates to choose.
 
Here are a few but important things to consider while hiring employees:

1) Their past record - their previous job

2) Their qualification

3) Confirm their trust worthiness

4) Look for employees that are actually passionate about what they do and does it well

5) Look for employees that are applying for the job not only for money but also because they're interested in your business and wants to contribute to its success
 
Well, an employer should employ someone who at least know something about the job, someone that is competent for the job description, someone who is passionate about the job even if they don't have papers.
