We should all agree that there are so many things to look out for whenever you are trying to employ. It is definitely one of the things to consider because passion for the business would keep the employee striving harder to add positive things to the organisation.Well , A boss that is trying to employ someone into his or her business should see passion in the person they are employing , it may not really be nice for someone to be coming to your business organisation just for the money alone without any passion about the business.
You are right but sometimes alot of business organisation faced some challenges that's, a candidate can posses all needed on paper but he is incapable of the job and that will only be discovered after been employed.The first thing that the employee should have is the qualification that would point that he is capable of the position that he is applying for. The skill that is needed to move the business forward is also very necessary.
