When a boss is hiring new employees what do they need to have?

Well , A boss that is trying to employ someone into his or her business should see passion in the person they are employing , it may not really be nice for someone to be coming to your business organisation just for the money alone without any passion about the business.
Passion and dedication to the organization really matters alot. No matter the person's skills, qualifications or certificates, if he or she doesn't isn't passionate about the job, then it won't be advisable to employ the person.

What I have come to understand is that , if anyone is doing things not with passion, they will just be looking for opportunity to do it in the normal way , but they will not passionately look for a way to improve their skill or smart in responsibilities being given to them.
 
if you are a boss and you are recruiting new employees, there are certain things you need to consider in order for your business to become successful. You must consider their level of knowledge and how motivated and passionate they are to succeed as employees in your business.
 
It is important that the person who you are hiring should be able to know your mission and vision statement and also have established how they can help your business.
 
First of all, they need hire someone who is competent and well qualifed for the role in terms of qualifications and skills. The organization should only hire those who are hard-working and honest.
 
In several occasion , I was never happy with some of his behaviour. I didn't have any problem with them. Based on the condition of our work , he shouldn't have been difficult for any reason.
 
It will be a very good thing that the employees will be able to know the fundamentals about how the business is run and the kind of equipment that they are going to be meeting there.

They should also be trusted so it will be possible to trust them on a daily basis in the work's place. They should also be enlightened, people who are human beings, don't lie, do the tasks on time, aren't late for work. What do you think they should have?

The employees should have enough knowledge of what is expected of them. They should not be some inexperienced individuals who are still in need of more training on the job.
That s neceesary though,but in most of the job openings,the requirement are usually stated out there on the things the employer would be expecting from the employee,and that would vary from firm to firm,but some basic requirement are general,like competence on the job,experience,etc.

Well hiring an employee who have no knowledge about what his task could be, is a disaster to the company so they should be knowledgeable and skillful in the task they are employed to perform.
 
When hiring a new employee the boss needs to look out for things like previous experience of how the job is being done and someone who will be ready to be actively available at all times and not having their mind divided doing other jobs.

Definitely, experience is one of the most important things when it comes to employing people. if you are applying for any job one of the first thing they will ask you is your past experience in the job market.
 
for me, Motivation, professionalism, and flexibility are the required skills to hire new fresh graduate employees, by the time you'll train and experience will improve their technical skills.
 
The things that the company is on the lookout for is the knowledge that you could add to the development of the company and that is basically what should be considered.
When hiring a new employee them should look out the person that understand the job very well, and also have knowledge about job, because is the betterment of the company.

Nowadays it seems so many business organisation will choose experience over every other thing apart from academic qualification. Experience can expose you as an employees to different opportunities to make money based on the skill you have to offer.

Apart from skill and competency, the business owner must always ensure that he hires people who are hard-working and committed to achieving the goals and objectives of the business.

Business owners will not likely be able to know people that are hard-working and discipline just by looking at the employee , they have to work with the person to understand the person's weakness and so many things for a start
 
I think skills and experience is what you need to have before you start up anything of any kind, you know you cannot just go into a field without you having a good experience on it, only has if you want to make loses.
 
I new employee should be able to read and write, have a good communication skills, should be able do his or her job in the organisation well, should be hardworking and smart.

Ability to read and write is not even in the equation because it is the least basic things or requirement. Having a very good communication skills is one of the major requirements for anyone to be hired. You also need to be very smart and hardworking.
