A successful manager is somebody who is able to talk politely to his employees and also encourage them whenever they are not doing well. The failed manager on the other hand is somebody who likes to shout at them for various reasons.

A successful manager tries to take responsibility for everything happening , and does not get to blame other people for things that are not working fine in the organisation.

Success of a business or an establishment is measured by the results that was obtained. A manager that makes lots of profit is regarded as been very successful.

Managing a business is really not an easy journey but at the same time as a business manager there are certain things you must put in place. You must make sure that the workers are really doing their work. As a manager you must try as much as possible to conduct weekly lectures to arouse the morale of the workers in order to make the business successful. A failed business manager is always clueless how to solve problems in the business.

There is quite some differences between a failed manager and a good manager. A good manager is somebody that is always taking care of his employees and ensure that they are in the right frame of mind at all times.

A successful manager is somebody who is always going to ensure that he treat the employees very well and ensure that their salaries and bonuses are paid on time and accordingly.

Put simply, what separates a good manager from a bad one, is that the former puts efforts to build a work culture that trusts, while the latter contributes to workplace toxicity. One of my favorite Peter Drucker quotes is management is about doing things right; and leadership is about doing the right things.

The results that was gotten at the end of the day will determine the success and the failure rate of the manager. Nevertheless, a very good manager must carry its staffs along.

You are quite right , the result of the business outcome will determine the outcome of knowing whether a manager is succesful or failed in his business outcome.

The successful manager makes decisions quickly after thinking, while the failed manager makes decisions slowly before thinking, and retreats from decisions quickly without thinking. ThE Successful manger takes the initiative to rewards, while a failed manager is waiting for you to reward him.

The absolute correct. The result that you obtained as the manager will be used as a yardstick to measuring your success rate. The result that you obtained at the end is what matters.

Having an opinion about him isn't failed manager because we are human and finally your opinion counts in the work mean by end of the way you will just lose your position if employees have bad behavior about you.

A failed manager always have a non challant attitude towards work and they don't care even if their workers are not performing their various activities while a succesful manager always carry his or her workers along

It is very important that everybody should try to become a successful manager in his own time. Characteristics of a successful manager is that they always like to hear the opinion of their employees as well.

A successful manager is somebody who is always going to pay his employees their salary on time while a field manager is somebody who will like to keep it or cheat them.

I had a manager at my old job who wouldn't do much of anything. He would actually pawn off his work onto everyone else. He was making 85k+ a year to sit in an office and hardly do anything. I come to find out he is the step-son of the man who owned said company...

A successful manager is somebody who usually try to ensure that all the goals of the company is usually added to while the field manager is somebody who does not like you people on time and always like to look for excuses.

the difference is very clear ,which you've stated them above ,but in addition both of them have there different ways of treating and advising people ,that's for both a successful and a failed manager ,further more a successful manager will lead by example while the bad manager will be harsh
They all have their own methods of interacting with their employees and thus is what would either lead to the collective success of the company or to the failure of the company.

A successful manager is somebody who always allows his clients and also his customers to be able to voice out things that are not going out well for them while a failed manager is somebody who is always rigid.
