In a simple definition , a succesful manager is a manager tbat succeed in everything he or she laids their hands upon while a failed manager is the manager that failed due to unprepared and unchallant attitude toward business.

Nice. In as much as they will always be a good managers in our way it is always necessary for us to be vigilant to observe bad managers in our business early so that we will not regret if our business collapses.
Truly a successful manager doesn't put blames on the workers when he or she is responsible for the breakdown, but finds a solution to the problem and a good manger does run away from problems

You are right , a succesful manager is the type of manager that actually makes mistakes and takes correction from his subordinates when they advise him ,

One of the things that makes a good manager distinct,is his ability to be able to learn and take correction when he is wrong,to him learning is a lifelong thing and should be a form of culture for him to move forward.

In any organization we all know that nobody is perfect sometimes people need to learn from their mistakes and also to pick from there, as a manager for you to become successful in everything you need to listen to your staff.

Actually such a nice tips and information and from that based on my experience you are on point. I have worked with one of my manager who never for once introduced a new idea but love to criticize and spy on people while working.

A successful manager is result oriented. He would make sure that everything works out well and he's keen at making profit for the business, but a failed manager make lots of losses.

✔️Successful Manager: He watches you and advises you.
Failed Manager: Spying on you.

✔️Successful manager raises ideas.
❌ Failed manager raises nerves.

✔️Successful manager: His words are kind and polite.
Failed manager: his words are wrong and rude.

✔️Successful Manager: He wants people who suggest and develop.
❌ Failed manager: He wants individuals who submit to orders and do not discuss.

✔️Successful Manager: He directs you according to your abilities.
Failed Manager: He directs you according to his mood.

✔️ Successful manager: He treats people as human beings.
Failed manager: He treats them as his workers.

Successful manager: interested in hearing your opinion of the work.
Failed Manager: He is interested in hearing your opinion about him.
These are really good points to ponder on,successful manager uses emotional intelligence to follow his subordinate and deals with them based on their ability and strenght,he knows when not to engage them outside of their strenght.

A failed manager is a manager who has a non challant attitude towards work and he doesn't even care to monitor the workers assignments, while a succesful manager is a team leader who works hand in hand with his team .

You have said it all. However, what distinguishes failed manager from successful manager is result. Recently, I worked with a boss who is very gentle and hardly complain about how his employees behave. As a result of this, most workers don't take him serious and they come to work anytime they like. These was affecting the progress of the company.

No one is perfect and we cannot all be achieve hundred percent result but if you could score 70% then we are much more better because that's a positive result.

A successful manager is somebody who is always going to take out this time to know the strengths and weaknesses of his employees so as to know how to get the best out of them.

The success and the failure is what you can use in differentiating a succesful and a failed manager , a succesful manager is always eager to work and normally accept his mistakes when he makes one .

I think a lot of qualities differentiate a good manager from a bad manager. It all comes down to characteristics, some managers don't care for the business, they are malicious, selfish and corrupt.

This just like a successful individual and a failure, if you want to be successful you need to do everything in your power to get it right, this one of the ways that will help you to succeed.
