What's the difference between a successful manager and a failed manager??

Actually based on your article there is a big difference between a failed and a successful manager. failed manager has no regard for his workers opinion, had no time for decision making etc.

Recently, I worked with a boss who is very gentle and hardly complain about how his employees behave. As a result of this, most workers don't take him serious and they come to work anytime they like.
