Self-improvement is key; nobody is perfect, not even professionals; successful managers consider their staff members' opinions and act accordingly, whereas unsuccessful managers do not.

Well, that depends on whether or not the target or the objective of the company was achieved. You're the manager so you could be the Moses to your company helping them get to the promised land.

A succesful business manager always have a positive mind of achieving success in his or her business endeavours , but a failed manager doesn't care about the result of his business.

Actually based on the information you give, there is a very wide gap between a successful and a failed manager in terms of achieving a goal. a person who watches and advises you, is the best to be a manager because no one is perfect and we learn from each other.

A successful manager will be leading a progressive growth in the business they are managing, but when talking about a fail manager it is completely the other way around the business become stunted and no more observable progress due to lack of good management.

the only difference between them are persistency and selflessness, there is a very thin line between success and failure, while others are giving up, some other people keep trying because they knew that success is achievable, that's the only difference between the successful and failed manager

A manager's decision-making process is what sets a successful manager apart from a poor manager. In contrast to unsuccessful managers, who frequently base their decisions on biases and personal opinions, successful managers base their decisions on statistics and evidence. Furthermore, successful managers aren't scared to take risks or admit when they've made a mistake, in contrast to unsuccessful managers who might be.

Successful are always different, they view things in different ways, if you want to be successful your mindset need to change, if you have a good mindset is going to help a lot.

A successful manager doesn't struggle to get the staff to follow him and do what he wants them to do. A failed manager would have to use sanctions to enforce. The success of any leadership is when people follow you out of their will.

You are right, the difference between the both of them is very clear, if you see someone who is successful you can be able to know it, success is all about hard work.

I think that differences might be quite obvious. A successful manger is also a great leader of the team and I think that he should act as a great leader as well and play the role perfectly.

This is so right, You have listed it so well, and I have actually learnt one or two things. Little wonder, why most manager who have the listed characteristics above tend to run a successful business than those who does not.

A great manager is someone who is eager to try new approaches and learn from mistakes, as well as someone who can outline objectives and demands for their personnel. A poor manager, on the contrary, may be perceived as dictatorial in their judgment and opposed to receiving advice or attempting new things.

The difference is very clear, if someone is successful you are going to know it by his actions and the way he view things, but if you are unsuccessful you'll always have the mindset of trying.

A successful manager is a person that manage the company's resources efficient and effectively while a failed manager mismanage the business resources and embezzled employees fund.

As the name implies , a failed manager is always a failure , he or she doesn't care about the development of the company nit tobtalk about taking care ofnthe workers , but a succesful manager will always have time to listen to correction and work hand in hand with his or her workers .

A bad manager is simply a manager that can't meet up set targets. They would end up makings excuses for their failures. Successful managers always meet their set targets 70% of the time.
