The result that he gets speaks aloud..so a failed manager never got the required results.
Breaks are workers' right it is not depending on the work rate success is increased or decreased it is true in bad situations the number of workers is decreasing in another fact.It is important that everybody should try to see their self as a successful manager and try to leave by it. A successful manager is somebody who is always going to give his workers breaks in between work.
One of the major jobs of a successful manager is to ensure that everybody has confidence in himself and can be able to do the work that is allocated to them. A failed manager is always going to be insulting them.These are very insightful points that really shows who a good manager is,sometimes to know that you are under a good manager is that in any situation he will always make you to have confidence in yourself.
Results is actually a determining factor as this would certainly influence the overall growth of the company, there are many managers of low character but are effective in terms of getting the job done and yielding results .The measurement of the success of a company is based on the results that is achieved. So, the performance of the manager will be based on the results that was achieved.
Failed leaders are usually the ones that are not always taking responsibility whenever things do not go as planned. They push all the planes to their subordinates and make everything look as though they do not make mistakes at all.the difference is very clear ,which you've stated them above ,but in addition both of them have there different ways of treating and advising people ,that's for both a successful and a failed manager ,further more a successful manager will lead by example while the bad manager will be harsh
