in my opinion, successful manager always follows an ideological system. this is because of their self- confidence is high, other wise failed manager will be consider the creative potential is low.

The successful manager is the one that has everything working for him. The result that he gets speaks aloud..so a failed manager never got the required results.

Occurs if a successful manager doesn't get the required result then the important of having a plan in case the business fails or something similar to that not stays crying.

It is important that everybody should try to see their self as a successful manager and try to leave by it. A successful manager is somebody who is always going to give his workers breaks in between work.

Breaks are workers' right it is not depending on the work rate success is increased or decreased it is true in bad situations the number of workers is decreasing in another fact.

A successful manager is the one with the desired result within a failed manager is the one with unfavourable result. The result is the yardstick for the measuring the performance.

These are very insightful points that really shows who a good manager is,sometimes to know that you are under a good manager is that in any situation he will always make you to have confidence in yourself.
One of the major jobs of a successful manager is to ensure that everybody has confidence in himself and can be able to do the work that is allocated to them. A failed manager is always going to be insulting them.

A failed manage will not be able to achieve the Goals and the target of the business but a successful manager will meet up all the set targets of the company.

The measurement of the success of a company is based on the results that is achieved. So, the performance of the manager will be based on the results that was achieved.

Results is actually a determining factor as this would certainly influence the overall growth of the company, there are many managers of low character but are effective in terms of getting the job done and yielding results .

Successful managers understand the fact that they are not perfect and they will always try to upgrade themselves wherever and whenever necessary, but unsuccessful ones do not do this at all.

A manager is a manager the only differences is that one may fail while the other may be successful and the difference between a fail manager and a successful manager is that one did not fulfill his or her duty while the other did.

The end result of the business is used as used to determine if a manager a successful or if a manager is a failed one and that is exactly what is used as a yardstick.

A failed manager is somebody who usually shouts at his employees whenever they commit an offence . This is not a good habit because you are going to be reducing their motivation to work for you.

Leadership entails overseeing organising a group of people or an organisation to do the right thing and to produce the needed results. A good leader is someone that can replicate himself in other people and make them who they should truly be to stop a bad leader or a failed leader is one who does not take to heart the advice of his subordinate here by not giving them a say in leadership.

A failed manager will not be able to organise and lead to the successful progress and operation of a business, when something fails , that means such is not able to perform its activities , the same is also applicable to failed Manager .

the difference is very clear ,which you've stated them above ,but in addition both of them have there different ways of treating and advising people ,that's for both a successful and a failed manager ,further more a successful manager will lead by example while the bad manager will be harsh
Failed leaders are usually the ones that are not always taking responsibility whenever things do not go as planned. They push all the planes to their subordinates and make everything look as though they do not make mistakes at all.

A successful manager is a manager who know well how to talk to people and make them do their jobs,he knows well how to convince and how to introduce discipline at them. He is always focused and he doesn't leave earlier or is late for the job, he is always there in time. He treats his co workers as human beings and don't raise his voice at them. An unsuccessful manager is a manager who doesn't treat his co workers well, doesn't know either how to convince them or to make them work, he is always late and leaves earlier than he should. He doesn't respect the work's place and he is not focused, he doesn't really care about his job.

You have mentioned really amazing points about a successful manager and a failed manager. I think it's not only about managers, I have also observed some senior colleagues are either good or bad in their behavior. It's all about mindset.

I think every employee should work as a team member for the welfare of the business or company and their ultimate goal should be the success of the business.

They all should be encouraging and helpful towards each other without having any grudges or jealousy.
