You are definitely right , a failed manager is always temperamental and acts on his emotion , he or she lacks the leadership qualities of controlling his or her subordinate.
 
Managers that are not apple of management a business make it difficult to for the business to progress and also the other way around. I don't see any good thing in employing a managers without experience.
 
A successful manager is someone who listen to the employees and ensure they are in good working condition to achieve the set down goals of the company and while a failed manager never listen to the employees and he's the only one who makes decisions and they end up not achieving the set down goals
