Yes this is true. Cloud mining is very dangerous because there and are a lot of fake sites that are out there and essentially what they are doing is that they are taking previous investments to pay off new investments and as such they are then also emulating a mining environment. It is important to do a lot of research of any site especially mining before getting involved with them.

Nice topic, l actually invested in a collective loan union where you pay a certain amount of money every month, then people who are in need for the money, will borrow the money and pay back with interest.
