I think the leadership actually direct and control and have more principal authority over the staff ,while the managers actually do more of making sure things are put in place and the business is run effectively

Really, a leadership quality is not needed to be a manager? I get your points though, but there are some qualities of a manger and a good leader that are same.I believe a leadership quality is not really necessary for people to be a manager, the two things are different and some people can be a leader without any academic degree but as a business manager academic qualification is needed.
The reason is because a leader can be anybody but becoming a manager will need you to be specialise in a certain skill and sometimes academic qualification concerning the area of interest is always necessary.Really, a leadership quality is not needed to be a manager? Management consists of controlling a group or a set of entities to accomplish a goal. Leadership refers to an individual's ability to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward organizational successThe different between management and leadership management is like to manage over something while leadership is something that you have authority over something so they almost the something.
That is right. Anyone can be a leader even if they don't have any managerial skills. But to be a manager, you need academic qualifications and experience in order to be hired. The reason is because a leader can be anybody but becoming a manager will need you to be specialise in a certain skill and sometimes academic qualification concerning the area of interest is always necessary.
In a situation like this a manager is more advanced than a leader in most cases because a manager will work with academic qualification and experience, while a leader will work with natural skill or talent. Have you ever been a leader or a manager before ?That is right. Anyone can be a leader even if they don't have any managerial skills. But to be a manager, you need academic qualifications and experience in order to be hired.
You're right about that and I do agree with you. A leader teaches or leads by example so that his or her followers will emulate his steps for a better good, while a manager just as you've said basically controls business affairsThe difference between management and leadership is just that in leadership one has to be a teacher and a role model, but on management all you have to do is to control and make sure everything is working properly.
We know this part. The argument here is that, are there some features of a leader unique to that of a manager? I believe there is,That is right. Anyone can be a leader even if they don't have any managerial skills. But to be a manager, you need academic qualifications and experience in order to be hired.
Honestly I really think management and leadership actually mean the same. They both involve utilizing resources or guiding people effectively for a common goal or objective.Management skills are used to plan, create, and control organizational structures in order to achieve objectives and goals, whereas leadership skills are used to focus on a possible change by creating direction, aligning people, and motivating and inspiring others.
That's true, seriously a leader will have more responsibility in an organisation to play than a manager, a manager only gives instruction and people are to work on the instructions of the manager...A manager does only a Little work compared to a leader, this is because managers only do supervisory and monitoring activities.
I think leadership seems to relate to been a role model, setting pattern to others, it is expected of every responsible leader to be a role model to his followers.I do not see the difference between a managerial post and a leadership role. Both are the same but used in different context. Both assumes the role of a leader.
The simple way that I actually understand it is that the leader is someone who is in the head of the management we are he takes care of every other resources that is used in running of the business activities.Management consists of controlling a group or a set of entities to accomplish a goal. Leadership refers to an individual's ability to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward organizational success.
This is something that I completely agree with because the reader is actually the one that is into the management process of the company by taking care of the resources that are made available to push the company into making profits.A very good leader is a very good manager of both people and resources. But not all good managers are good leaders. Therefore, with leadership, people gets to follow your lead because they believe in you.
Leadership encompasses so many things while management has to do with heading the day-to-day running of affairs in an organization or a business.I think leadership seems to relate to been a role model, setting pattern to others, it is expected of every responsible leader to be a role model to his followers.
