One can become a Manager once he is up to 18, and that is if he is mentally matured. At times, we don't consider the age but the knowledge. As long as one is able to handle and run a business, he can become a manager not minding his age. What is the best age to become a manager?
Personally, I believe that once someone reaches 20 and had been given good training before hand, that they could be an effective manager at that age.
Once you have the knowledge on how to run a business successfully and believe that the age is not going to be any problem for you because you already know what it takes. You can become a manager at anytime if you know the role of a manager and you can manage
That's right, another key factor is experience and skills. Once you have the skills backed with a few years of experience, you are good to go.Although there is no specific age to become a manager but being a manager requires some certain aspect of discipline and mental and emotional maturity which may not be developed in an infant but teenage age from 15 should be good
Age is not really a barrier when it comes to becoming a manager and but you need to have the knowledge and skill for you to be able to carry out the office duties very well. You can become a manager at anytime if you know the role of a manager and you can manage
This is actually very correct because as long as you have the knowledge and the skill as well as the experience to work successfully as a manager, age shouldn't be a problem.Been a manager, should not necessarily be about the age or texture, rather focus should be on exposure and experience,I have been oppotuned to work under some one younger than me and I learnt alot.
If you know exactly what is required of you as a business manager on believe that you can try very well in the office and make sure that you carry out the office duty very well.Becoming a manager in the company doesn't require of age rather what matters is your personality, what is important is if actually you can manage the business.

On a personal perspective I do not think anybody who is just 20 years of age as they needed experience in order to become a manager. Experience is something that I take of high magnitude for somebody to be able to manage a business or a particular group of people and be successful in it.
