The type of business that you do determines the best age to become a manager. What is most important to run a successful business is the past experience and expertise on the job.

Age doesn't have much to do with business intelligence and leadership but there is an age that the maturity needed for the hassles a business can offer is formed. Between the ages of 15-18 is already matured.

What is the best age to become a manager?

Personally, I believe that once someone reaches 20 and had been given good training before hand, that they could be an effective manager at that age.
One can become a Manager once he is up to 18, and that is if he is mentally matured. At times, we don't consider the age but the knowledge. As long as one is able to handle and run a business, he can become a manager not minding his age.

There is certainly no specific age barrier as to what is the requirements for someone who wants to become a manager as long as the Epson has come of age and has undergone some level of training in the field of management. So but technically the age is somewhere around 18 years.

That's right, another key factor is experience and skills. Once you have the skills backed with a few years of experience, you are good to go.

I agree. I think it is best to develop at an early stage and also make sure that the person is exposed at a young age. There is no particular age to when to start being a successful manager.

At least a business manager should be up to the age of 18 and all these things can depend on the level of maturity and the ability to handle stressful situation depending on individual, a person can be a manager at any age but the most important thing is academic qualification because this will also play a very important factors.

The best age doesn't really count here in my own opinion , once you can successfully mange a company or an organisatiin without giving in to stress and error and you have the zeal , then you can manage any business.

You can become a manager at anytime if you know the role of a manager and you can manage
Age is not really a barrier when it comes to becoming a manager and but you need to have the knowledge and skill for you to be able to carry out the office duties very well.

Becoming a manager in the company doesn't require of age rather what matters is your personality, what is important is if actually you can manage the business.

I don't see a relationship between age and managerial skills although it's takes time to gather experience, skills and knowledge to run and manage a business, but there are no specific age fixed for any body to be termed qualified for a managerial position.

Been a manager, should not necessarily be about the age or texture, rather focus should be on exposure and experience,I have been oppotuned to work under some one younger than me and I learnt alot.
This is actually very correct because as long as you have the knowledge and the skill as well as the experience to work successfully as a manager, age shouldn't be a problem.

If you know exactly what is required of you as a business manager on believe that you can try very well in the office and make sure that you carry out the office duty very well.

Age is not a determinant of success , and since you can be succesful at any age If you are actually serious , then theres no age gap for anybody that wanted to become a manager since you have the ability to lead.

I dont think, there is any specific age limit of becoming a manager. Been a manager, depends on your level of skills and how you can applied the skills to have a better result.

On a personal perspective I do not think anybody who is just 20 years of age as they needed experience in order to become a manager. Experience is something that I take of high magnitude for somebody to be able to manage a business or a particular group of people and be successful in it.
