I work at an organization that does not appreciate average performers and always criticize those who performs averagely. They want people to perform on daily basis and this is not possible. Sometimes you are just not able to make a sale and employers must realize this. This was one of the main reasons I never wanted to work for others. I always wanted to start my own business from the beginning.
