When we go to various companies our sole business it is easy to say customers are always right. Is it really applicable in all situations or is it another way to force employees to always be nice

I think it's just a normal phrase used by marketers to get the attention of the buyer or customer. In actuality, no human can always be right.we are all prone to mistakes and wrong knowledge.
 
Personally I think this phrase was simply created just to give employees a habit of being nice to Customers as customers are very important for the growth of the business. And it it is how employees treat them that would determine if they would return or not
 
Or can one say it's a medium to quickly settle dispute between employees and customers that will not lead to situations of loosing customers or affecting sales of produce by the said company
 
Yes the phrase is actually correct and this is made out of the fact that customers are the backbone of any business and they are the one that grow Business for business owners
 
I think the is really good the fact is that customers are the main thing in the business and them one that makes your business grow, so them are the backbone of any business.
 
Customers are always right. This particular saying actually takes place an happens almost in all organization, be it big or small. The employees are expected to always be humble to the customers

In my honest opinion, it's true to about 70% because sometimes these customers then misuse or abuse this privilege that has been phrased. They'll be wrong and still tell you "customers are always right"

I don't think that this is always the case because there are times that the customer will actually try and use this in order to take advantage of the business and therefore you should apply this phrase at your discretion.
 
The phrase is definitely true because it is your customer that holds their business. You have to find ways of satisfying your customers.
 
You are serving the customers you must always give the customers what they want, although you may suggest options to them and make them want it
 
The expression "customers are always right" is a marketing tool to allow employees to know that when they Lose customers they lose money as well, in turn, they make sure to close every customer that comes through their door.
 
That feeling is just there simply because you always want your customers to feel very important and always patronize you that is why the phrase is there a body in the real sense customers can not always be right
 
I would say that the phrase is applicable to all the business owners who do not want to lose its customers. The notion if perceived well in the presence of the customer, he/ she would keep coming back because he Is treated like a king. He will never patronize business that would treat him well.

Well not everytime that customers are right so definitely not 100 percentage everywhere because humans aren't perfect or anything and customers are humans too so
 
I believe that the phrase customers are right is a term used to appraise customers but most importantly let business owners know having to keep as much as possible customers is what is the real deal
 
The reason why any business exist is to be able to serve the customers and get them satisfied.It is what the customers wants you would give to them,they have the right to demand for a better service from a provider.
