The Phrase Customers are always right? is it 100% applicable in our world

The phrase customers are always right is very much applicable but not all times because customers can not always be right at all times. Some customers are these at the back of their mind and they purposefully treat the seller or the trader in a bad way and this in turn makes the trailer feel bad. If the trader does not know how to undo his customers then they will be right but if it's worth the trader is good to the customers when they will not see themselves as always be right because they know that the trailer has ever for once to tell them but.

It is very important for any business man to realise that customers are one of the most important aspect of any business venture and therefore, you must implement policies that would attract customers to your business.

Even at that your business should also have strict discipline in order not to drive away customers. But any customer that tries to run down your business must not be tolerated.

In a country like UK customers right is one of the most important right that must not be jokes with by business owners. Customers are entitled to high-quality goods as long as they paid for such product. Giving them low quality products or fake could land you in a serious problem.

When we go to various companies our sole business it is easy to say customers are always right. Is it really applicable in all situations or is it another way to force employees to always be nice
But when you look at it critically you are in business to serve the customers, and what they demand and wants is what you will give to them, their satisfaction is the benefit for your business,so they are always king.

The customers are not always , most of the time they are even always wrong but we prefer giving them all the satisfaction because without them , our business will remain stagnant.

Well, it is a popular concept that customers are right. However, if you closely observe the market, you will see it is not the customers who are right, it is the business that makes customers believe that the products and services they are offering are right. The best example would be how iPhone made users pay extra for the chargers.

The customer is not always right. It's not meant to be taken seriously, just more as a suggestion that most customers are usually right, but they aren't all the time. Customers can be completely in the wrong, no doubt about it. They can be rude, obnoxious, offensive, impatient, etc and so on. If they are wrong, they sometimes need you to spell it out for them.

So no, the customer is not always right, there will be times where it's easier to just side with the customer and give them what they want, but if they are clearly in the wrong, you don't have to do right by them.

Unfortunately, that is the truth. Customers are the bedrock for whatever that you are selling and should aim to treat a majority of them better. I understand that there are going to be some that are not good customers, but finding a common ground to manage them is better.

Exactly! This is the reality most employees have to deal with whenever they are working for any company. A company will always value those who are bringing money to their business and that is the reason why they will put their customers ahead of their employees unless it is in a very serious situation where they cannot overlook what the customer did.
