Do Businessmen Remember Their Former Employees?

Well, I do not forget the ones that I met at the workplace and those that left afterwards. Life is always what we make it seem and trying not to say hi when I see them on the road is never a good thing to do at all. I mingle and talk with them even though they are not working where I work again.

I am quite sure that there are many people who may never forget co-workers, especially when you have spent a long time at a specific workplace. This is why people may remember them. However, majority of the people I have met are totally irrelevant to me now. I may not remember them because of many reason and one of the main reason is the fact that most of them were clearly selfish.

Well, apart from this, we must also know that there are many employers who may lay off their employees. However, they may still hire them in order to do short-term jobs. This is a very common thing I have noticed as well and I think that it is quite common than we think. In this way, we can say that they still remember their former employees.

Personally, I find it very difficult to hire my employees on a short-term basis because it is something that is always going to disrupt my workflow and operations when someone is always going to be leaving their job so soon. This will make me to start looking for another employee to replace them.

There are many companies out there that tend to hire workers on short-term basis, but they never hire them for too short period. They may hire them for around three months. Meanwhile, they may also look for another person who could replace the employee later on.
