With the way I see the two I think whatsapp is good for connecting with friends and family. But telegram is good for almost everything. There are lot of things that we can do with telegram. N telegram we can create channel, group and also bot. With the telegram bot we can design it to do any thing. So telegram is good for business

I still find it difficult for me to believe because to me I just consider that the best way you can prove the legitimate of a business is by the quality of the products you are producing for people, without quality product advertisement will be very difficult.

There are a lot of good and quality products in the markets but people do not buy them simply because they are unknown products not because they are bad or of low quality. Aggressive advertisements can makes people to buy low quality products more than the better unknown products.

Whatsapp also introduced end-to-end encryption for all chats whereas Telegram uses it just for its secret chat. Chat app Whatsapp supports voice as well as video calls.

I will say that WhatsApp is the best in terms of supporting communication in business I don't have telegram and I don't see telegram was so popular.

Although for me I will always choose Facebook ahead of others , considering the fact that I could advertise to the local users and it's simplicity is a bonus ,also the amount of users on Facebook is really more compared to telegram

Offering quality products and services is very paramount in business no doubt about that but we cannot rule out the role advertisements will play in the success of a business.

I think the reason why most company do not want to offer a quality product is because it is expensive having to maintain high-quality products with a little profits to them. that is why I didn't do it.

I found Telegram better when it's time to get new followers and readers for my e-books published in this and that social commerce. When it's time for online teaching, it's better Whats App because I can register audio files for students. If possible, in any way, I find Skype being the best tool for online teaching.

Telegram is better than WhatsApp. It is very easy for new members to read past contributions of others when they joined a business group which is not possible in WhatsApp.

I will prefer WhatsApp because WhatsApp is generally use and also accepted in general any than telegram Lagos speaking for myself I will say I do not even have a telegram app on my phone.

Both the applications are good for business because telegram accommodate more people but the problem is people are been scammed on it so i prefer WhatsApp.

I prefer telegram, so far telegram is the best, WhatsApp Api isn't good at all that's why you hear people saying their WhatsApp crashed, their messages got deleted but on telegram everything is on the cloud, it's fast, safe and secured.

Yeah. You may lose messages on WhatsApp but there is also a backup for them too. It can be a daily, weekly, or monthly setup. So WhatsApp is safe too. And I will still prefer it for business use.
